855 654 2157 had been calling every Sat. AM but was dead air when I answered.  I did call back.  It is a bank offering services.  They'll call back with details.
HOWEVER, the number also has a prompt for you to enter your phone number if you do not want to be called again.  No call today so it does seem to have worked.

I want my number removed from your calling list! I don't appreciate you calling me 10x a day literaly....

google voice allows number blocking. you get one call from a number, click block, and they are never heard from again.

Just got a call from this number. 855 is a new toll-free area code (like 800, 877, 888, 866). They hung up about 2 seconds after my answering machine picked up. Calling the number back, I got a message saying it's Wells Fargo calling about some promotion. If I see that number again, I'm ignoring it. Besides, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize!

This number has been calling for a few weeks.  Every time I pick up I get dead air.  I should clarify that they're calling my business line rather than my personal line.

Call your telephone carrier service they may be able to block it for you, I blocked another annoying call I was getting contantly and I'm going to do the same with this one.

I have been getting calls from this number nearly every day for months now. They will not stop calling. I answered once when the calls first started. The woman on the other end said she was calling on behalf of Wells Fargo bank. She wouldn't be specific about anything I asked, so I knew it wasn't from my bank. I called the number back to file a complaint and I was directed to the voicemail of some insurance company. The calls do not stop. I have answered once a few weeks ago so that I could tell them to stop harrassing me and I got dead air. I send the calls directly to my voicemail and they never leave a message. It is extremely annoying that these calls come nearly every day and they won't stop. This has been going on for months.

Same number called in Minnesota... no message... when I call the number back it says is Wells Fargo.

They mentioned that they would give me 1,000 dollars for 30 dollars a month, but also stated that i would receive 2 months free, but if I chose not to do it, I would have to give all the money back for a penalty. They asked about my bank account and I bank with wells fargo, and my branches store manager mentioned that if it was my actual bank, they would ask legit questions, and would be more detailed, and that it would be a 800 or 866 number.. I got the call from a 855 area code. Sounds like a complete scam..

I got a call from this number too; they did not leave a voice message.

i talked to a girl with a thick southern accent who told me she was calling on behalf of my bank. she didn't state my specific bank or my last name but she read me this shpeil about paying 30 dollars a month to get a 1,000 dollar job loss/job-injury pay. when i refused and ststed that if this was something i was interested in i would have contacted my bank for details on the offer. i believe this to be scam like in nature so DO NOT agree to anything or give out any personal info. they seem shady.

Got a few calls from this number...haven't picked up but it shows up as Toll Free. Call was received in Washington State if that helps with some common correlation.

Have been calling a couple times a day for the past few days.
They asked to speak with somebody and I told them there was nobody here by that name.
They thanked me for my time and indicated their records would be updated so I wouldn't receive any more calls.
