They are now doing the same thing from phone number 844-745-7021.  I told the FAKE ARBITRATOR that there were messages all over Google about the scam that she and her fake associates are running, and she denied that was the case (she's probably too illiterate to know what "Google" is... or how to spell it), and I told her that if she ever called me or my family again, she was going to know what pain is.  I asked her how much money she and her monkey associates have made from this scam, and she screamed, "What scam?! This isn't a scam!" You should call her back and ask her for her address, then report this FAKE ARBITRATOR to the state bar and the secretary of state in whatever state the scammer says she's in.

They are calling me too as well as my family. They are calling with the number as private, and asking me to call "Arbitrator Davis". They say if I don't, they will file against me. Left a case #D55188.

I got a call from Shannon Davis too talking about I owe them money and warrants for my arrest will be put out about malicious intent and hot checks. It's all a bunch of bs.

This number called and the guy said he was investigator blah blah and mumbled his last name and was a process server for Val Verde County. A county I haved lived in over 2 years. And I don't even live in that state anymore.  Said he received paperwork in his office this morning to serve me and this was notification. that they paperwork was two pieces. one was for a tax lein and the other for bounced checks.  I haven't had a checking account in over 2 years and when I have had one, I haven't had one that allowed checks to prevent me from bouncing them in over 10 years.  Said I could call Davis Arbitrator at 855-656-6724 with case D51585(?).  Said if I don't call within 24-48 hrs it would be filed in val verde county.  said this was notification and to let me know that I have been officially advised.  the number this person called from said it was a private number, but then let that number.  I

My family has been getting calls from this number about my dad. Saying something about malicious fraud against a company or somthing like that and said something about warrants. The names given were maria and Shannon Davis. I would like to know if this is real and any other information you guys have. Thanks in advance

Said my ex wife got an online loan that I apparently cosigned for, which I didn't. She was rude and was very obnoxious to my current wife. Threaten me to pay or get sued. She didn't get full details about the loan. What type? How much? It was weird.

Some black bi*** call my number, my brother took the call, while she was on the phone with him, she issed several threats, I just tried calling back and got ear full of BS> I have reported the number to the Nevada Attorney Generals Office and to the FCC and do not call list. They do not have proper business lic to conduct business in the state of Nevada.

They calling my family and job threaten me and when I call she hangs up and be yelling

That's the same thing that happen to me and threaten to have me arrested

They call saying my husband is going to be sued and have his license suspended if he dose not pay $$. When i tried to get information she yelled and hung up in my face.
