Telepacific directed me to a company called bandwidth.com.  I spoke with a very nice woman who helped me go to their website and issue a report to their own legal team. I assume our company's local line will be removed immediately from the caller-id as we have nothing to do with that toll free call line.

Our company received a call from an irate customer who is getting calls at 5am PST.  The caller ID is the number listed.  And when someone calls that number, it rings to our business.  But we have no knowledge of the number and we do not use dialers or any other effort to make calls to businesses or individuals.  We are reporting the number to Telepacific's Fraud unit.
