I have been recieving calls from 855-658-6551 from a Tom Anderson asking to verify my address so he can serve me with a formal complaint on an old payday loan debt..Have any of you had any experience with this..I filed a complaint with the FTC but also dont want to ignore something legit.When I spoke to them they would not give me anything in writing which I know is my right to have.Help if you have any info!

I got the same thing regarding my ex! I had him listen to it and he looked it up...SCAM! I just got another call today with a different number to call back. I'm not calling them back but I would like it to stop! VERY threatening calls!

I received a called from 1 855 - 658 - 2282 saying that I need to appear in court regarding a C100 form.  If I'm not mistaken, a C100 form must be filled out when you are adopting a child or when there's a dispute with your partner and you want your child's custody.  I'm not even married and I don't have any children and I don't know how this person got my name and number!

What you should do is to register your number to the "Federal No Call List" (you can search on Google to get the legitimate website).  Then report this number to that government website.  If this business is doing something and is caught in the future, the government would have more evidence to deal with them....  I am not sure if you can report this kind of phone call to the Department of Consumer Affairs in California...

I received the same type of phone call. Said was Officer Matthew Ramirez, 855-658-2282, wanting to serve a subpoena to someone in our office.  I called the number back and told them it was illegal to impersonate a police officer, and I was reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. At which point the operator became belligerent and started yelling.

Unbelievably rude.  Has anyone been served since this receiving this phone call????

Just got a call from a woman who identified herself as a court clerk from the Superior Court of Santa Barbara.  She said that she needed to know my work schedule to have officers serve me a summons.  This was in regards to my X husband whom I divorced 28 years ago.  She said he listed me as a trustworthy person to get papers to him and I needed to be at my job to be served. She stated that the only way I could get my name removed is if he called the number she gave me and case file #.   She said that Santa Barbara County Superior Court had a criminal case against my X.  It was Santa Barbara County vs Tony V and I needed to be served.  I have not talked to my X for 28 years and told them I had No information.  She proceeded to tell me I needed to comply.  I call the Superior Courts in Santa Barbara to see if indeed my X had any criminal or civil cases against him.  They told me this was a SCAM as I had submitted the Case file # to them. This is my second call from the 1-855-658-2282 number and now my work is involved in these calls. This is a SCAM and I will persue all necessary measures to stop this company.  Don't give out any information and tell your employer what is going on.They are very rude and will try anything and lie.  Don't be fooled.

Just got this call; no caller ID. The woman claimed she was Officer Anthony (she would not give me her first name for safety purposes) from the LAPD Dept of Service of Process with the need for my boss's current address so that he could be served with a court summons. She said the process server was going to make the third and final attempt to serve my boss at the address of our LA office; she thought we were in Orange County (we are not). Officer Anthony told me to call today before 6pm the number 855-658-2282 and refer to a particular file number, otherwise he might be served with an arrest warrant. My guess is that if you call that number and refer to that file, they then charge your phone for some bogus service.

my mother received a call from a supposed police officer looking for me. the wanted to know my address and phone information she didn't give it to them they gave her some supposed case number and a call back number 855-658-2282. i called the number the recording did not mention a company name or agency such as the police. I just ask for a name file number and return phone number. I found it interesting that there recording refered to a file number instead of a case number as they mentioned when they called my mom.

a guy from this number also called my client's employer claiming to be a police officer.  turns out he is a process server impersonating a police officer.

I've got an phone call from the same company. It seems that they have my basic information. The guy who call to my company, he said that he is not a worker of the company but an agency company to serve me the paper. and he already tried to serve the paper for me 3 time but I couldn't do that. So if I can't be served one more, then it means I admit my guilty for the case. This is b***s***!! Even I don't know what he talking about. And he said this is accounting matter, so what is the best time to serve him the paper. Surely this is scum call. please someone stop them doing their bad business to make the society better. Received 2 call within 24 hours...........one for someone who does not live here and one listing my husband. When I tried to speak with the person, they just keep on talking and will not respond to my "Hello" or "excuse" me"....they rattle off some phony case number and say that unless we respond our property will be deemed--whatever that means.

I believe that this is a bogus collection service.  It is imperitive that you monitor your credit reports and your bank accounts for fraudulent activity....it is easy for them to get your info--just think about how many times you have to give your SSN: at MD's offices for insurance info, etc....all it takes is one person to share the info.........I know, it happened to me a couple of years ago........that is why I use "lifelock" (no, this isn't an add for them)....at least it gives me some security to know my personal info is protected.....

We also received harassing phone calls from someone going by the name Officer LeBlanc, telephone 855-658-2282, today.  I contacted a criminal lawyer who returned this fraud's phone call and told him he had the wrong person.  I think because he was speaking to a lawyer, Officer LeBlanc said they would not be contacting me any further but of course my poor mother said she still continued to receive telephone calls during the afternoon (hangs up since she did not answer the phone).  Something must be done about these criminals!  They caused both my mother and me unnecessary stress and anxiety.  I hope one day they call the wrong person (like a REAL police officer) and get what's coming to them.

I am getting the same message from differnt numbers...I closed my bank account, stopped my direct deposite put watchdog on my SS #....I feel so Violated!!

My atty. informed me this is happening to lots of people now; I should ignore the call. BUT there should be a public investigation of this man, these people, who are located in the Edison Park Corp.Ofc. on the southside of Chicago, Ill. The related business is NCO Financial Group (866) 789-8808.  
We must all get these people put in jail for harrassment and invasion of privacy and much, much more!  Innocent citizens are getting these calls and are traumatized mentally and emotionally.  this affects the hart and all vital organs in the body, esp. older citizens and the handicapped.

This phone call was ridiculous. They had my dad's name and address and stated that we had to go to court for something but they wouldn't say what the issue was or what it was concerning. She wouldn't identify herself either. What a bunch of crap

They left a message saying I'd be served if I didn't call back. Called and they also mumbled "corporate office". When I pressed, he also stated Edison Park and Associates, said they were a litigation company and gave me the name of someone I didn't know and asked me what was my relationship to them.

SO IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEONE AT THIS NUMBER, DO NOT RESPOND OR FEEL OBLIGATED TO RESPOND.
