Here's an idea, answer the phone and tell whoever is calling you that it is the wrong number!!  I'm sure they dont want to keep wasting their time calling the wrong number, ever think of that??? Ingenious isn't it??

Get several of these calls on and off, always looking for a Claretha Williams. No one in our household has that name and we do not know anyone with that name. Called the numbers back the first few times and they are extremely nasty, call you unbelievably nasty names, etc.... I did not give them any information and just delete the messages now, but how do we make these calls stop. Tired of it.

I have been getting calls from this number for a payday loan also. They claim to be eisenberg  ross and associates. They have taken money from my acct. And continue to call and threaten me about being prosecuted or thrown in jail. The guy that calls me says his name is Dave extention 302. I am going to follow some of the advice I have received from reading about this number. I put this number on my reject list and somehow it still gets through and I am tired of it. They say they are based out of new York but there is nothing online but a supposed web site that has a blank page when u try to pull it up.

These people called my 70 yr old parents for my number they gave her a number to call back so I did I don't lives with my parents.  Long story short they called me a f#$/&^g liar then hung up on me I called back to talk to his boss and got him again very weird then he told me 2 shut the f $*^ up then hung up on me again all because he said I said I make 1, 200 a WEEK I WISH. We will be calling about them.

Once again the calls are starting. They let up for a couple of months, the scarey thing is that they have account number, license number, and other info. Wondering how this was gotten. Going to report it to police. Of course have to change my bank account now. Been waiting for the police to serve papers for 3 months. This is fruad !!!!!!!!! But think my problems are just beginning since they have all my information. They need to be shut down!!!

I got the same message from the same guy except at ext 301

I received a call from this number today and they left a message stating " This is Eisenberg, Ross and Associates" and stated that there are accusations agains me in my city but didnt specify more than that. The ext i was given was 301 from a Mike Miranda. But i can find nothing on google about this company.

Do NOT pay these guys a dime! My husband has received call after call...either from "Kevin Knight" or Eisenberh, Ross, and associates. He states that my husband has an affidavit against him in our county and that someone will be paying a visit to our home or his place of work if the amount is not paid immediately. When asked for more info, he simply stated it was for check fraud. He never mentioned a company such as cashnet. What's hilarious is that my husband doesn't even have a checking account. Anyway, he TRIED to be very intimidating. We called our local police and they told us right away that this is a scam and these guys usually have huge rings working overseas and are robbing people blind. He said we wouldn't believe the number of people that fall for it for fear of being in trouble. Anyway, after speaking to the police, we also did an Internet search on the number and found all of these complaints and info that matched up. So...we waited til he called again and totally busted him out over the phone. He hung up so fast and we haven't heard from him since. Lol!! Do NOT fall for this scam!! Be careful ! If an affidavit is filed against you, your local police dept will serve you with papers and then you will have a chance to prove whether you owe something or not. You can't just clear it up by paying some guy over the phone. And you have a right by law to request proof of your debt. If they refuse, they are breaking the law and more than likely there is no debt on your part. We have reported this number and the names involved. Please do the same if you get called. Make these guys pay for what they're doing. They're taking advantage of hard working people and stealing out hard warned money while they hide behind a phone. They are thieves! And cowards on top of that'

telling you right now this eisenburg ross and assc. is not real do not pay them they have been reported to the atterny general and iv been told they will be shuting them down they are eliegale and cant to any thing they over tell your balance say u owe 1000 they say 3000 its a huge scam ask for there bar number they wont give it to you the useing a datta base system called tlo to look u up and get all your info call the atterny general now report them asap. the two i delt with is a mike meranda and a pattrick allen and it not there real name watch out for these scam artist if they were real law firm they would have the scales of justice on there emails

The person calling my home was Mike Meranda for Eisenberg, Ross and associates. Calling for someone not present left message saying an affidavit/complaint was being issued in this person name and they needed to call the number his extension was 361. Haven't answered phone since calls started coming in at least one per day. It's very scarey. I looked up the number and the firm neither seen to exist. FCC is not available due to the shut down I've tried to lodge a complaint.

They keep calling asking for someone who doesn't live here any more. Saying there's an affidavit being issued in this persons name. They say they are an attorney. How do I know this for sure?

DO NOT GIVE THEM INFORMATION OR VERIFY ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. Just tell them they are not permitted to call you at work. Ask them to send you a credit verification letter stating the original debt and creditor. Make sure to get the name of the person you speak with and ask for their company address. Creditors are required by law to provide you with all this information.  Whoever they say the creditor is if you do not have any debt from them contact them to file a complaint. You can also go to the FTC website and file a complaint there too. The people they said I had debt with (Cashnet USA), I called to report these people. I was also suppose to be served last week but they called again today and said it would happen today. Below is some information

Once again received a call from "Eisenberg, Ross and Associates" and "Kevin Knight," this time he blocked the phone number, so it came up private on caller ID. He stated I have an outstanding payday loan from Cashnet USA, and they had documents to serve me and wanted to make sure I was available between 12-5pm today. He then stated after that he would give me one chance to resolve the matter before he sent the paperwork to the county and I would have to deal with the district attorney(strangley I was suppose to be served last week). I told him that would not be acceptable. He then said he would have someone show up to serve me at my house and if I wasn't there they would come to my job to "make sure." I told him I looked forward to seeing them later this afternoon and hung up. I then called CashNet USA and spoke with their fraud department. They stated that it is of course illegal for them to threaten me and they do not ever pursue and outstanding loan in court. They ONLY send defaulted debt to a third part collection agency. They then looked me up in their system to confirm I was not in their (just in case someone used my information). I wasn't. They then assisted me in filing out a report which is then forwarded to the FTC. Do not fall victim to these scumbags. File a report with the FTC, they are starting to investigate these people more since it is happening so often.

I know I won't be served. I am just irritated that they called my job and threatened me. He was yelling at me saying "I think I'm an adult!" and "To stop acting like I know everything!" I should have just yelled at him to go get a real job and stop bothering innocent people with their nonsense. I told them to not call again and that if they were a reputable company that abides by all FCC regulations they would send me something in writing.

I have received messages on my cell and my work from 855-665-4349 saying they are Eisenberg law.
They are very threatening phone messages stating they have legal documentation and that I will be served at either my place of employment or home address and they have both of these addresses and will find me.  
They don't say what the debt is from. I have received 4 messages in the last 3 days and feel scared that someone will show up where I work.
I do have outstanding debts but can they legally do this to me at work???

Mary,  they only way that you will be served is if one of these Mumbai bandits hops a jet and flies to the US.
It is the Bollywood Boiler Room Indian Bandits calling direct from India.  This Indian scam is getting so old it is growing belly hair and longer teeth.

I received a call from this number today on work phone. The name said his name was "Kevin Knight" and he had an account placed with him from CashNet for an outstanding payday loan from 2011 for over $1000. He said he was offering me a chance to resolve this matter before he sent it to the courts and a judgement was placed against me and this was a federal crime. I explained to him that I have had calls in the past stating the same thing and have said before I have not had any contact regarding any loan and I did not have a US Bank account. He said, very rudely, that he would have me served at my place of employment and have the sheriff there as well. I asked him his company name and he refused to give it to me just repeating that he would have me served. Then he hung up. I called back and another man answered the phone and he was much nicer but he too said that I would be served with a summons to appear if I did not resolve the matter. I told him I would not be resolving anything without written verification and he said he would note the account and have me served in the next 24-48 hours. I am sure this is a scam and I will be reporting them to the FCC.

I received a call on my cell from this phone number, I did not answer.  A Kevin Knight left a message stating he needed a statement from me due to legal proceedings that have rose against me in my county before appearing in court.  He did not even mention the law firm he was with.  He had a very low stern sounding voice.  I have no idea who this guy is, but I have had my share of unprofessional collection agencies threatening to place liens on items I do not even own.  Beware!

I received a call from this number and they left me a message to call back and dial extension 303 Me. Erid was the name they provided me with so I did call back and no one answered. An hour later a gentleman returned my call and told me he was returning my call I told him I was returning his and he then said I never called you I explained that I had a voicemail and gave them the time he then continued on and said he never called me it was someone else that he just saw my missed call and decided to return the phone all.. Umm ok he said he was with the law office of eisenberg, Ross and associates and that he had a file under my name showing criminal charges for and outstanding payday loan with Cashnet. Told him I had no idea what he was talking about but if he could send me paperwork so I can take a look he said he will only send me the paperwork if I agree to pay the fine which was 3,700 and I had a couple hours to pay for it only because he was not going to wait all night. I told him I was not going to agree to pay anything until I had some type of documentation showing it was me that tool the loan and he said I sounded like a professional debtor and that I probably owed a lot of money. He said he has heard every excuse in the book by thousands of their customers to et out of going to jail but that he was just going to send the paperwork to the SB county and that I would be served tomorrow. He then had the audacity to say don't feel bad when you are being detained and you have to call a relative to watch your kids and hung up. Wtf dude these people are the worse he claims to not be a debt collector yet he is willing to take payment for the debt it just doesn't make sense. I never ever took out a loan with Cashnet and he claims to have my bank account number when I asked him for the info he said it was jp Morgan and that he had my account number. Well I don't have Jo Morgan I have not had that bank since 2010 and he said the debt was for 2011. People be aware of these guys don't agree to pay anything until you have written documentation of such debt. Don't agree on emails because those can be fraud as well tell them you want the company he is calling from to send you the documents. They never ever agree to that.

I received a phone call from this number they left a message for me to call back so I did call back one I got off work and dialed the extension provided but no one picks up. The message said I have a file ready to be sent to the San Bernardino county and that I need to take care of it immediately.. Have no idea what they are talking about. They also called one of my relatives asking for me mind you my relative only speaks Spanish and she couldn't understand what they were saying but she did say they were very rude whoever this man is needs to leave a goddamm name. Does anyone know anything about this place I've heard of companies like this where they try to scam you for your money.

I get 3-4 calls this number a day, just started a few days ago.  I'm tired of it, they don't leave a message and when I call back it either hangs up on me or it says "this number is not setup to receive calls"

I am getting calls from this number and they ask for a name that was my maiden name over twenty years ago. I say she's not here. I'm afraid to keep talking to find out what its about because I have heard of scams where one could get charged for the call.
