One of many numbers used by "affiliated companies" with Wells Fargo selling all sorts of insurance products. I've spoken to Wells Fargo in the past and they claim to have no knowledge of this practice. These insurance companies have called from two new numbers in the last 2 weeks. I asked them nicely to stop calling a week ago. Today I got a call from this new number and told her that we weren't interested and that I was told we would be removed from their call list last week. She turned snarky and said "Did they read you all of the information?" (Uh, how would I know?) I said I didn't know how much information he read to me. But, he did tell me nicely that I would be removed from their call list. She replied "It takes 30 days to be added to the Do Not Call list." I asked if she means the national DNC list or their internal list. She said "Either". When I said I've been on the national list for years she backtracked and said their internal list takes 30 days to remove my number and "You can receive as many calls as we want for the next 30 days. Thank you. Good bye!" Yes, that's the stellar customer service I hope to receive from a scammy insurance company who I'm just aching to give my business. Weasels!

Wells Fargo spaming... If you have any account with them they can justify calling you even if they are spaming telemarketing you. That is why they "spoof" their caller ID.

It is Wells Fargo - yes.   I was called 13 times in 2 weeks -- sometimes multiple times in one day, and calls were as early as 8:25am, and as late as 8:45pm.  As they hold my mortgage, they are able to call despite the do-not call registry.  However, if you call the number, you can select option 1, and enter your phone number, and they will remove your number from calling, at least on this promotion.  The recording states it may take up to 5 days.

I returned the call after their numerous call attempts throughout each day. It is a solicitation through Wells Fargo. If you call the number back, a recorded message will say that you were called about a solicitation from Wells Fargo and if you would like to be removed from their list. Just follow the prompts after that.

Last received this on May 19. I just hang up on all unidentified calls, so don't know who or what.

Kept getting phone calls from this number at work. Didn't leave a message and I picked up once and they hung up.

Repeated calls. No message.

Received a call at 4:40 pm from this number.  I don't answer 800 number calls.  No message left.  I am on the No Call list so I'm not sure what this is about.

The call comes in and no one is there.  I am on the do not call list.  Unwanted calls are very unnecessary.

No voice and then hung up.  Called back after *69 and recorded message said it would call back about Wells Fargo customers being offered Federal Insurance Company program.

Have gotten this on home phone - did not call back - not sure what it is but I don't answer unidentified 800 numbers as rule.  Left no message, of course.
