The call from 855-667-2522 was about an offer to upgrade my Amex Gold to Amex Platinum. Accordingly, they want to ding me $65.00 for annual fee so I said no since I am happy with my Amex Gold. Then, they offered to waive the first year annual fee and I said I will think about it. She asked if it is then okay to call me later about the offer and I said yes. Thank you and have a nice day Sir, she said in closing.
Unfortunately for them/or me, all their future calls will not ring my phone because they will be forwarded to voicemail.

I agree with you. Calling people any nasty name just because the people don't wish to jump on any "great " deals presented by a questionable caller is uncivilized . But sir, please realize when from the people came. Probably could not get any other job.

Caller with UNAVAILABLE says that my computer is having a virus. The caller insists he works for MICROSOFT. Has an Indian accent. I demand him give me his telephone number since I this number lis\ted as scam calls. They take over your computer and check all details for their getting at your Identity thieving. I asked for his number repeatedly and he kept dogging.. Watch for this new scam.
I think scammers use UNAVAILABLE- without revealing their identity.

I do not answer calls with phone numbers I do not recognize. I do not wish to do business with people over the phone:
1) who I have not called, and who have called me looking for business,
2) using an unidentifiable name like: "800 Service," "Unavailable," or "cell phones with Private Caller;"
3) who block their identity to hide their identity, which is already suspicious, and
4) trying to coax me to answer.
From the beginning they are hiding their identity hoping you will answer, knowing if you know their identity you most likely will not want to answer. That says from the beginning you don't want the call.

If you work there, STOP CALLING US!
Vicab 2014-02-10 19:30:40 Unknown
Didn't recognize the number and didn't feel like winning a free cruise trip.
Pressed "DECLINE" and added the number to my "DO NOT ANSWER" contact list which has a silent ring whenever any of those numbers call me up. (You can download a silent ring for some phones.)
I also don't have voicemail.

Multiple calls from this number. Never answer...think they'd get the hint by now. Most people have mobile lines ONLY and do not waste their precious daytime minutes answering calls from numbers they do not recognize. Leave a message or stop calling. If someone doesn't answer, he/she has CHOSEN not to engage in communication with you.

YAY! Chris, I gave a trac phone to my 8 year old and 7 year old for emergencies on class trips or any event that I cant be at. YAY for parents who care. the trac phone is also receiving calls from the 855 area code looking for someone with an unpronounceable name. I answered and sat in silence until someone came to the phone, then told them they had the wrong number. Haven't been called since.

This company has taken their name off the Caller ID, so now it's only their phone number that shows. I didn't even recognize the phone number until I searched for it here and saw that I've already left two messages about this company. Beware!!
Not fooled 2013-04-24 00:12:56 Unknown
Dear people from Alliance Communication: If you had anything legitimate to tell me, you would be able to at least say what the reason was for your call. Instead you demanded personal information from me and would not say why. Naturally, I did not tell you anything, but I did complain to AMEX. Have fun digging your own grave and blaming the innocent callees. I would never give anyone the slightest crumb of personal info unless I initiated the call. If AMEX wants to reach me they can put the offer with the monthly statement. If they are paying you they are crazy because you are, at the very least, incompetent.

smitty 2013-01-10 22:13:53 Unknown
received as least 3 calls but didn't call back. think it's a scam.
Jessy 2013-01-07 18:16:19 Telemarketer
It's American Express. I called them back & asked to be removed from their list. Done & done. No need to be rude, if you have an Amex card they have a business relationship with you & the DNC list doesn't apply (as others on here have said).
