I GOT A CALL FROM 855-854-2517 AND THEY ARE TELL ME THAT I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A 5000.00 DOLLAR LOAN I AM SURE IT'S A SCAM JUST LIKE THE OTHERS, AT LEAST THIS ONE COULD SPEAK ENGLISH, MOST OF THE CALLS I GET FROM PEOPLE THEY CANT SPEAK ENGLISH.

The scam part, Paul, is the business they are in. They make usurious loans, then threaten legal recourse when they have none. There is no law against scamming these scammers and people are figuring that out and doing it. If they were legitimate lenders then they could sue and win. As it stands they can't even sue.

Someone from AFB called me at work from this number and said to call back because they were executing a 'writ'.   Was not familiar with the company at all, nor do I have outstanding debts.   When I called back a guy answered 'AFB'.  I pleasantly said hello and said I had a question, they hung up.

THIS COMAPANY IS A SCAM I ASKED THEM FOR DEBT VALIDATION AND THEY REFUSE,  I GOT A LAWYER INVOLVED AND THEY STILL CALL ME, AND REFUSE TO CALL HIM!  i ASKED THEM IN WRITTING TO STOP CALLING MY WORK AND MY WORK HAS PUT A NOTE FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO STOP FORWARDING THE CALL TO ME.  THEY VIOLATE SO MANY LAWS IT IS DISGUSTING.    I FILED A PERSONAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE FTC AND ATTORNEY GENERAL.  IF THEY WERE LEGIT THEY WOULD BE FILING A SMALL CLAIMS AND FOLLOWING LAWS

This company is known as afb yes but they are no scam they are legit and chances are if they are calling you then you took out a loan and never paid it back so who is the real scam when you got a loan and never paid the funds now you are trying any way to avoid payig sounds to me like you are the one who has commited a scam, before you go complain about the customer service think bout why they are calling you to begin with
