We bought a Samsung appliance from Home Depot. This is a follow up to the purchase apparently. They called and left a message, but the message was just dead air. They called back again and we picked up and they wanted to be sure the new appliance would fit, etc. I don't believe they called again.

Just ordered a new Samsung stove from Home Depot a few hours ago. Caller ID only gave "800 Service" along with the phone number. Although the message wasn't really too clear (due to a southern accent), but I was able to make out that the delivery date has been rescheduled.
