said he was with Rapid refill a local family-owned company out of Cedar Rapids and wanted to give us quotes on maintenance and toner/ink for copiers and printers. Not happening.

Caller from this 855-691-3800 number didn't identify himself but said he was calling for people in Connecticut, had the name of our company and a personal name....and asked for the manager, who was not available.....the call ID'd as 1 800 Service that the 855 number....We were not Connecticut....

Called regarding upgrading our copy machines

Called today and asked to speak to a "manager".  The guy on the phone then proceeded to tell me that federal & state laws have changed regarding the posting of FMLA materials and they wanted to send me a package for $109.99!  I asked him if he's from a government department and he said they do no work with the government.  I explained to him that anything the state asks to have posted is provided for free by the state and I firmly told him not to send it.  Sounds like a major scam - I strongly advise people to not entertain any dealings with this "company".

Asked for the general manager, the  call was about needing to audit the light fixtures, informed caller that any auditing or marketing is handled through the marketing email. Says he can not email and can not give an audit till the fixtures are counted. Repeated his option pretended to write it down and call ended. I could hear people in the background the entire time.

Incoming Call from this number was sent to a special extension for employees to send unknown callers to (mostly telemarketers who don't know how to pronounce the name of our corporation owners).  
Person on the other end of the line probably didn't realize that he was still being recorded.  Just said we were asking for too much information and then hung-up!
Definite indication that this number had to be placed on our DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK NUMBER LIST which now totals over 500 numbers in numerical order according to area codes.
Isn't it pathetic that companies have to do something like this?  Happy for sites such as this to hear other complaints.

This guy called my work font now how he got a hold of the number.. called back and I guy answered and I told him a guy named Stan... Called... He was like did he leave a message for you.... I started to ask him some question and he hung up....

I didn't bother to answer, but they called 5/31/13. It was to my personal cell phone, and the number is on the national do not call list. Just another marketing scumbag for sure.

i asked who was calling and they said it was about "federal and state labor law compliance" for our LLC.  I asked for a number to call them back, and the caller hung up.

Thank you for your post! I just got a call from them as well asking for our QC manager, who is in the office, but doesn't like to take call unless he knows who they are from! I asked to talk a message and all he did was give me a number to call back.  Would not tell me what it was regarding! Your post helped!

Received a call from this number this morning.  Since I do not answer calls from unknown numbers, I let it go to voice mail.  When I checked the message later, it sounded like a couple of telemarketers chatting about what they did last night while out on the town.

I blocked my number and called back - muting my phone.  The auto-attendant identified the number as belonging to National Marketing Systems.  They appear to be based in Caldwell ID.  Their General Manager is: "FX" O'Connor and his email address is: fxoconnor@natlmarketingsolutions.com

I will send him a message indicating his employees are making his firm appear unprofessional and to remove our number from their B2B calling list.

Frank from SGS called and asked for the quality manager - who's frank and what's sgs?

A very morose man asked for my QC Manager by name, refused to let me help him or give me a message. Now blocked.

Called and asked for my Engineering Manager.
