They are so helpful. I tell you what, with the cost of my medications, more places should have this program. I was in my donut hole and the girl who helped me, who I think her name was "Brittany" found me some help to pay for my medications and they called to check on me again and I was approved for the help. I wish they could teach these other pharmacies how to help patients.

It is not a scam. They ask those questions because they want to make sure you are doing okay with the medication and sticking to what the doctor prescribed to you.

Very nice people. They are like a support team for my local Target Pharmacy. I called about side effects from my Humira and a pharmacist was ready to help me through it.

They were awesome! I called to have my cancer medication filled and I was having trouble with my insurance to cover it. They did everything possible to get this medication approved and ready right before my chemotherapy session. I was grateful for such a great staff to help me during a difficult time.

They ask you those questions because with specialty medications if you miss a dose that could really mess up your treatment and it needs to be addressed properly!!! And They cam also help with finsncial assistance because There deugs DO cost a lot. They're here to help!

As others mentioned - this is a program for specialty medications gotten through Target Specialty pharmacy to help patients with any issues they may have - this includes managing the meds, getting payment assistance, etc.  It is a service meant to assist.

I was informed that the reason they ask those questions is to ensure there are no problems with the medication and if there are they can be properly addresed, because they can cause serious side effects. Great program. Very helpful assistance and great customer service.

I was told at Target that if they call you can tell them you want opt out, but it is generated by specialty and "expensive" medication.  I believe that they are checking in to make sure you aren't having issues.

Seemed legit until yesterday. Caller wanted to know if I missed any doses. The med I take is big $. I think this is more about the insurance provider making sure you are taking your prescription.
