These scummers have a new number 655-575-4903, the business says it is located in scranton, PA

Glad to find others who have been harrassed by these fools. Have talked with 2 there today looking for someone who does not live here. Called me names. Is there a way to report them?

I just got a call from Mrs. Kruger from this number and a voicemail message stating that I had 24 hours to call back or my account will get filed thru the Clark County District Courts.  What should I do?

Yup this guy calls me at least once every month saying he is going to send the sheriff if I don't pay up on a payday loan.  The only loan I've ever gotten, I paid off a week or two later! Geez! And he called me today and said, "Do you know how to use a cell phone? Put in the number and press the green button!" This is abuse and a scam to boot!

Who in the heck are these people?  I do owe money from a cash advance and have been unemployed for the last year and unable to make payments.  Trying to keep my head above water as it is.  Someone called me from this number indicating his name as Officer Sloan from Fraud and Investigations and told me I committed fraud???? If I did not settle up on this he would be taking me to court in my county and he was sending a sheriff??  He gave me three days to call him back and see if I could borrow money to clear this debt.  Can't very well borrow money without a job.  He just called back and my kids answered the phone this time.....he told my kids to make sure I called him back or he was gonna have to send the sheriff??  HELP!!

some lady called my mother and brother looking for me, not even stating what collection ageny or any agency and freely gave out every information about me, as in a "legal matter" and my "file number" and that my county will pursue a "fraud"... and i supposedly have a court date set, which by the way, i was NEVER supena'd... she gave me a bogus file/case number, which i gladly looked up for my county and city and it was a case number filed in 1979, um i was barely born?.... needless to say she gave out every information about my so called case, not even saying who i supposedly owed?... for one, she made the mistake of leave that message to me at work, which is also a call center... not only did she VIOLATE my statue of limitations by sharing MY information , she VIOLATED my privacy.   in her voice mail, she stated her name is melinda carey... gave me the whoel blah blah blah.... still not adressing what collection agency shes from, still trying to state i commited a fraud? and then at the end of her meassage, she says, " its important you give me a call so we can work on a payment plan, again, my name is BRITTNEY COLE...."    brittney cole??? i though you said your name was melinda carey???? and then she pauses..... then says, " im sorry my name is menlina carey, i was thinking about someone else's name.." WTF??? um how do you mix up your own name?? is brittney cole your real name???

i work in a call center, and any attempt to collect a debt, be well aware, you will not get arrested or be charged for being late.... 2nd, i field for BK 2 years ago so every debt i owed was ALL included- and the only account ive ever opened since was just my car note, so with these people trying to collect a debt from me, that was included in my BK, cannot repremend me for that debt because i am protected by the BK law and my file has already been discharged,

i took the liberty of running this business information with the BBB and they show up as northeast credit solutions... BEWARE... THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB AND IS ALSO WANTED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.... they are calling from canada, mexico or india!!!

I just received a call from an Unknown Name/Number.  The women told me to have the person they were looking for to call back 855-695-1312, ext 202 and claim #.  She said that if I didn't call back I would be served on Monday with a Court Summons.  The call was from Northeast Credit Solutions.  They have been calling my parents and harass by mother in law when they call.  What should I do?

tell these people to mail you a copy of the contract and hold the phone away from your ear, because they will start with cursing and then tell them your are taping the call for the Attorney General office and ask them for their name and number again. If, They all the info on you, tell them to mail copy of the paper work to you . do not give them any more info. when they call back just tell hold on while set for taping of this call in motion.

They call me, my son, my dead parents, whose home I haven't lived in in 30 years! They're a***oles, plain and simple.  They get paid to terrorize and they take great pleasure in it.  Ignore any unknown calls or numbers you don't recognize from here on out.  Sadly, their harassment is likely not going to stop and there's apparently not much, if anything, we can do about it.  If you do accidentally answer when they call, just hang up. You're not going to win an argument with them and they can't do anything to you.  I get SSI.  They can't touch it, so they rely on the fear they hope to instill.  Ooooh so scared.  NOT!   Screw them.  :P

These ppl are wanted by the federal trade commission and fbi i talked to the colorado attorney generals office today and they said this group has been wanted for three years they work out of canada and several other countries ovrr seas they buy the 855 numbers to come off legit in the u.s. I have dealt with horrible harassment had to call the local authorities and log complaints with the ftc and fbi they are total scammers! Names ive gotten from them sean payne, inestigator crow, or jackson a mike wagner...

They called me today saying to set up an arrangement for wage garnishment. I called my lawyer immediately and he said this number is a well known scammer. I'm so upset that ppl would do this, especially when ppl are down n vulnerable and even before christmas! Don't give any information! And don't fall for any of their Bs!

I am constantly being harrased by this number, they tell me that i am going to be served court order and that i am going to be arrested, if i don't pay. when they called they disrespected my mom for not speaking English. I called the company that I owe money to and they told me they have been getting many calls from other customers with the same story. DO NOT give them any info they are committing FRAUD

This guy saids his name is Mike Wagner he saids his company is through Northern Resolution n he tells me to call that number n his ext is 202 I got ahold of the company I owe n it's not them the person who has my account is not Northern Resolution n they shouldn't be calling me saying I have a law suit against me cuz their a scam I called better buisness bureau n gave them that number n they said that number wasn't listed.

Person claims has pending civil suit against me.  Still waiting........ This has been going on for some time

I just got a call today from this number 855-695-1312 ext 215 so my mom answered the phone and they passed the call to my sister (my mom doesn't speak english) my sister got all the info for me to call back and then this f****ng bi*** says "who answered the phone?" my sister said thats my mom. then she says tell her not to be answering the phone if she doesnt speak english were in america tell her to go back to mexico. when she told me what they said I called back on a full rampage. i told off the person who answered asked to speak with a manager which they couldnt transfer me. a legit company would not do this yes they might be rude but they dont call and disrespect peoples homes like that.

I got his call from an investigator Lee from Northeast Credit Solutions.  He was asking for my husband and I told hiom he is not here and ask what this pertain to and told him who I was. He would not tell me, he just told me to have my husband to call him. He did tell me that my husband might be facing criminal charges for fraud. I had my husband call him. My husbandcall me back and said that this guy is telling us we owe 700.00 on a payday loan. Well not realizing that this was put on our bankrupcy my husband told me to set up payment arrangements, so I did. Well I got to thinking about it and the guy did say who the payday loan was from, Mass Street Group. Well I remember the name and got our papers from our bankrupcy and there is was and our bankrupcy was discharged in October of this year. Well I took my debt card to the bank and got another debt card. I call this number and left a message saying that this was put on our bankrupcy and that we will not be paying anything. Did not get a phone call back until today Saturday Dec.!st 2012. This guy asked for me and told me that my husband was not a man because her couldn't talk to him about this. Well he proceded to tell me that we file bankrupcy chapter 7 in 2008, No we filed chapter 13 converted to cahapter 7 a few months. He argued with me and then told me to shut-up. I hung up on him. Call my husband who was trying to call me and we discussed this and decided to call our the lawyer that handled our bakrupcy and ask if there is something we should do. The guy did leave a message on my phone telling me that was a stupid thing to do and that we were stupid and that our history showed that how our stupid we are. The guy don't even know usand he does not know our history and the reasons for filing bankrupcy. I was told I need to go to the police here were we live and report it. We think tis is someone trying to get money from us.

Got a call from someone saying they are a process server asking about my son, saying he was going to be served within  48 hours. I should call 855-695-1312. With a case number 315-936
When I called the number I talked to a man named Shawn Paine, who , after I gave them the case number  transferred me to a different man who would not identify himself.
He said they were going to sue my son for wage garnishment for some pay day loan. I said that's impossible he doesnj't work and is disabled. Then the man asked me who I was. I said his mother. I did not give him my name.  He said this was about a pay. Day loan  done. Over a year ago online  And my son owes 1300.00! My son does not work. Then this man got extremely threatening and said then it was probably me and I probably committed fraud. They had our bank name, which disturbed me very much. He said the job listed was a state  job, which I used  to have. But not for over well over year, but my son never held a job.
Then he said , ok Xxxxb, which  was my first name and said were going to prosecute YOU for fraud. Enjoy. Prison . I told him I was contacting my attorney, he laughed and said go ahead, you' ll pay. A lot of money for that and hung up.  He was cruel, insulting abusive and terrifying. Who ARE these people and where do they information about someone and do these things. how would know my  phone number, my bank, my sons name, any of that. This is some kind of scam, but it's scary as hell and makes me ANGRY thatbtheybwould first threaten my son, then me.
