This phone number has been calling me as well from Rose and Associates. Please do not give out your personal information, this is a scam! I do not owe them a dime and am a member of Equifax and have been for about a year now. This business is telling me I have an account in collections? if they were calling about a "collection account" it would already be on my credit report.

I made payment arrangements and they ended up not charging me for last month, so i called, and the so called GM was screaming at me telling me i'm the reason the economy is so bad, and started crying-as i've been stressed a lot about other things- and she said shed rather send my debt to the attorneys because thats the only way she thinks id pay. again the total they gave me was $3000, but if i paid $100 today my total would be $500, after i have already been making payments and was lower than that with my balance!! ehhh. is this a scam? is there anywhere i can turn to for such nasty customer service? please help!!!

they ask me about my bathroom habits and the consistency of my feces. I was all like "WHAAAAT?!?" do not kklnow who they are, but they are definitely fecal freaks, lolol

Just got off of the phone with Terry Winters, allegedly a para-legal from Rose and Associates. At first I spoke to Ben Davis who put me through to her. They told me that I owe roughly $3,000, just like Jeff and Lolo above. Very demanding tone, very unprofessional. They've called my uncle twice looking for me and they're demanding an immediate payment of what my original debt was. At first I was shaken up but now that I've seen similar stories I'm beginning to question how legit these people are.

They havent charged me anything but they just said that they will charge my CC in few days

I just got the same call and they said that I have a debt of 3k too!! I gave them my CC but after reading all this I got scared!! Should I report my card? HELP!

This number has been calling and harrassing my family trying to get a hold of my husband saying they have important legal information for him. If he really did, then he would have my husbands number. Law firms don't call your family members before they call you...

I recieved several phone calls like the ones mentioned above.  Guy in a stern voice "John, this is Greg.  You have to call me right now.  my number is 855-700-8176."  Then they hang up.  What kind of business does that?  
Now I have recieved a letter in the mail from Rose and Associates with no address on the letterhead and no information about the company.  The letter is 500 words threatening me about how I owe 3 times my debt and if I dont pay or call they could put this on my credit report and it will hurt me if I ever want to buy a home or a car.  
Now I've recieved these letters from real lawyers and credit card companies (I've even had my wages garnished before I was gainfully employed, but the business was in the right to do so) and they are always thorough, specific, and professional.  This is none of the above.  Just threatening.  

I have since paid off every dollar I owe and have a clean credit report for the first time since I turned 18 and this is garbage.

Its amazing that this can be legal.  It has to be a scam and theres no way I'm calling this damn company ever.

I returned the call because I have been tryig to get them to update their records.They have the wrong number and keep calling even after I tell them to remove my number. I spoke with Ben Davis who claimed he was the supervisor. Ben told me the name of their company is Rose and Assiciates. Clearly a debt collector. You could hear people cussing in the background, static, bad reception in the background. Classy.

I was given this # as a return number, someone called me saying I was being sued by a creditor that Ive since paid off and they told me that I had accumulated over 3k in court cost but if I submitted a payment over the phone for the so called remaining balance from the debtor the court cost would be taken off. I gave them a fake credit card # and toild them I get paid friday (Shrugs)

Callled my home #, left message saying "this is Mandy. I need you to return my call at 855-700-8176. I googled the # and it seems like its a mobile # from India.  Must be telemarketer or scammer.
