I called the number back and they clearly say "Devcon Security". A quick Google search turned up http://www.devconsecurity.com/. So, it appears to be a legitimate company, but they did manage to call my number on the DoNotCall list, so I will be reporting them.

Its Defcon or something similar home security offering a free estimate because they are supposedly in the area. Ive had 2 calls in 2 weeks. Im going to look into if they are violating the Do Not Call Registry

Received a call from someone saying that were with Defcon Security Group. They are reportedly in our area and can come by and do a free estimate.
I was really ticked because my number is unpublished and on the do not call registry (just verified both). I do not know where they got our name and number.
I joked with the guy and noted that Defcon is the name of a computer hacking organization. He just kept on trying to get information about our home security system. Moron.
