This guy calls himself Mr. Sacco and claims you have a debt thats being taken to court. First he calls you from a blocked number and gives you the phone number to call. Then he gives you some made up story about some debt and asks you to settle it. They know your social security number and ask you to confirm your name and number and to have two forms of identification ready when they get there to deliver your paperwork for you summons. Do not give them any information or any money!

got one tonight and threatened me with court documents for bank fraud with local bank. will be reporting it tomorrow if no show.

Same for me except he says his name is Mr. Trainor. He threatened to come to my work and home to work to serve me and when I asked him what for he said he didn't have to tell me why definitely a scam!!!

Same story as Kelly.  Mr Sauko calls ( Socco , Sock-oh! ?) and leaves this number to call back: 855-719-2968.  I don't answer it because it is restricted and does not come up on caller-id.  They have now left 3 messages.  ( I say "they" because two different voices claiming to be Mr. Sauko have left messages.)  They identify themselves as legal couriers, Riverside County.  I'm sure the ploy here is to get you to think that they are with the county of Riverside and they need to serve a subpena. That's BS.   I've been sued before and I know that generally comes via registered mail.  They say they are coming to my place of business or home "today", and I should have two forms of ID ready.  It's been days now and I haven't seen them yet. Actually, I am kind of hoping that they do show up. I'm sure these are debt collectors.  I don't owe anyone a dime, but I have a super common name.  These guys are too lazy to even make sure they have the right phone number, and I really don't appreciate the shot-gun approach to find who they are really looking for.

He knew my name and social security number, and each day threatens me with something you. Yesterday he said he would be at my house, and two have two forms of ID ready for him to see. He said he is a courier processor, and that if I paid my debt with him now over the phone, it will not go to court and he will let the court know I'm settling. Then I asked him to send me the information of my debt, that I want to see what I'm paying for, and he says he doesn't have that to show me. Then I called the creditor and they said they don't know anything about that, and it was sent to collections but it's not filed with the courts. Then today he told me he is coming out to my place of employment, and If I'm not there, he will have a supervisor sign for the paperwork for me. That is illegal. Then he always ends his call with "this is your last warning and call" but then he calls and threatens me every single day.! I'm calling the police to make a report on this guy today.
