Got a call today bout a claim from 8557273078 thank you to everyone on this now I feel it's a scam

got another call today from Julia Fox-she now gave the 855-727-3078 # with the same message....the other #956-378-4138 could not be traced.....no listing.......

They call themselves "Accurate".  From what I gather on other sites, they are an Indian-based debt collector scam.   The calls are coming from India.   Just another Indian scam.

I got a similar phone call from a land line # being(956)378-4138 using the same verbage  by a very demanding person by the name of Julia Fox . She call all my family members looking for me.  I googled the ph # however did not get results only that it was a landline.  I went to peoplename.com to get more details. had to pay $9.99...will take 24 hrs to get the details.

Has called me a lot. Most recently got a voicemail saying that he (didn't give a name) was calling to, "Inform you that you have had the opportunity to contact the office that's handling your claim." He goes on to say, "At this point, I need to make a recommendation on how to proceed forward." Then tells me that he's first giving me the opportunity to participate by giving him a valid address and name of my employer for "delivery of the claim." I then think that he tried to scare me by using the phrase, "the law," by saying, "If you do not verify, the law allows me to verify your information with your references." He then gives me a reference number before hanging up.

Got a voicemail from John Mitchell saying he's from the "location and tracing division of accurate" (pretty sure he said "accurate"...voicemail was garbled) and wanting to know the whereabouts of someone.  Gave me a reference number.

I was told by a man named Ryan Johnson to call him back at this number. Gave me a claim number, said to call back for more details.

I was told by a Ruth Wells that an order had been submitted to her office and she needed to verify my address for delivery of our claim at my residence or place of employment and this was a one time offer.

I was told by a man named John Mitchell that a claim had been filed against me and I needed to return the call right away with either my work or home address.
