keeps calling no message left no idea who it is calls all hours of day and night.  Tired of them calling  LEAVE A DAMN MESSAGE

There is a way to block private numbers. If you have a smart phone download the app blocker. It is free and it will block unknown and private numbers.

This number (855-685-4504) has called me stating that there is a claim filed against me and that if i don't settle it immediately that i will have a warrant for my arrest. This is a SCAM! I started to question them and she got real flustered and hung up on me.

Private name and  number. your claim # is..... Ms. Rogers Good Luck!  This is a scam. Do not call back

My parents and ex-boyfriend's parents received calls from Sebastian James as well trying to find me.  How they got those home phone numbers is completely beyond me!  I called the number and spoke with a Reggie Noble.  He explained to me that he was with Lakeshore Capital Group and had be given my information by Cash Net USA which I did have a delinquent loan with. I told him that in May of last year I received a call from someone stating the exact same thing.  (However that time I fell for the scam).  He repeatdly told me that he was so sorry that this happened to me but he wanted to work with me to clear this up.  I set up a payment plan with them and they emailed me a "settlement" letter.  I was immediately concerend when they spelled Cash Net wrong (Cach Net).  Then there was no logo on the word document.  I Googled the address 1137 W. Taylor St. Unit 323 and it came back as a UPS Store.  I called my friend who is a police officer and he said that this would be conisdered a civil case they cannot press criminal charges against anyone.  I filed a police report with my local police department's white collar crime division & blocked my social security number.  These people are good......

This # is a fraud and they collected $100.00 from an employee of this bussiness the FBI is tracking this transaction the persons responsible for these actions will be soon out of commission this is an 500 fortune company we will continue to investigate these fraudulant matters this will come to an end. getting calls from dis number 855-729-6769 my cell my job leaving case number an all  telling my job they have papers for me to go to court they need to stop calling my job NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I got calls from them for last few days. I saved the messages on my phone as they are threatening charges against me. When I called and asked for thier address they said they "don't give that out". They threatened to go to my husbands work and my home if I didn't pay them $520 within three hours. When you call the number they answer LCG Mediation. I asked the guy what the company was and he told me Lakeshore C(something I couldn't understand) Group. Supposedly located out of chicago!

Was called on May * from Sebastian James stating there was a pending claim against me, to call 855-729-6769 and that I was officially notified.  Got a second call on May * from the same person stating the same thing, and this was my final notification.  Got another call on May ** (guess the call from a few weeks before wasn't really my final notification) and answered this one.  Was given the same information above, asked where I wanted my claim sent to, so I gave him my mailing address (still haven't received anything) and was told that I was officially notified (guess unofficial notifications aren't as good?).  The calls stopped after that.  My suggestion is answer the phone.  Once you identify yourself, they can't call other people looking for you.  It's a BS call.  They won't sue you, and they aren't going to serve you with papers (I got phone calls threatening that too, but they never showed up).  They are just trying to scare people into paying.

These people keep calling my house...my caller ID shows private number.  They are looking for my son regarding legal matter...saying he is in trbl.  When asked what trbl..they would not answer..just told me to take the number down along with a claim number to pass on to my son to call back.  I really think this is a scam...anybody know who these folks are?

my daughter received a private blocked call from this same number for someone else and when i called back to pretend to be that person they threated warrants for my arrest, to call my job and tell them i have a judgement against me, to be from a bureau of investigation, and the sad thing is im not even that person they are looking for.  The claim she owes an advance and when i said can you send over the paper work for it they hang up...Really there is a law against devulging private information and harrassing other people for their association.  Put a call into better business bureau and will be checking with the FBI to see what other option are available.

Get calls from "Private number". caller say's I have charges against me. I ask who she is, won't give her name, won't tell me anything about these charges, just gave me the 855-729-6769 number and a claim number and told me to call them.
I can't stop or block these calls, as they are from "private number". no number to block. I called the 855 number from pay phone, person won't give any info to me, won't tell me who they are or where they are located at, or who or what has filled the charges against me. they just tell me I have charges and that they know where I live. When I get aggressive with them on phone, they hang up on me.
Now, I won't answer the phone from any private number. just let it go to voice-mail.
Stresses me out.

This company keeps calling me from 855-729-6769 saying that my brother owes on a pay advance. How do I make them stop. They say they will serve him with a warrant?  Need help to have them stop as they are rude and try to itimidate my family members.

Called and told me that there were charges against me, refused to tell me from whom OR who HE was so I hung up. Called back AGAIN and wanted my address so they could "formally present my claim"
but again would not tell me from whom so I hung up AGAIN. Called a THIRD time for my manager/supervisor to tell her that I have "charges pending" against me. I have called my lawyer and I will sue whoever this is for harrassment.

This number called my father in law looking for my sister saying she had charges against her asking for any information regarding her whereabouts.. WTF... total fraud!!! He said his name was Kevin Smith with Mediation Firm and gave a case number and everything. Their trying to get anything they can from whoever they can.

Received a voice message to call 855-729-6769, when I called they answered LCG.  I requested a mailing address and they refused to give it to me.  When I repeatedly asked for it so that I could send them a Cease & Desist...they hung up on me.  WOW!!!  What a shocker.

I want these people to stop calling us!

get calls from this number frequently.  they threaten they are coming to my home and my work.  I never call them back.  they are idiots and a scam.  just ignore them, never call them back, eventually they will go away.  I have filed complaints with the FTC and local FBI office as they have threatened to come to my house and involve family members.  They refuse to give me any info and the court case number they give me is bogus!!!  Nothing is filed in any county courts in any county I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.  They are just a time suck!!!

This company calls my phone blocked at least twice a day. Usually leaves a message. They claim they are a litigation firm and they have my residential address to serve me and that I have claims filed against me. Which seems bizarre because they wont tell me who they are from, to my knowledge I havent done anything to receive a claim of debt or anything. Oh and they claim they have my address when I asked them what the address was they wouldnt give me that info and told me it was confidental.. umm HELLOO its my address were talking about not anyone elses..Bottom line they are a Fraud..scam..question them to the third degree next time this number calls ur phone

I got that call from that number and they been call my aunt as well they told me i owe some advance i got all the info out of them i didn't give them nothing but i gave him legal laws add they couldn't pass the test know your rights if you know you didn't do something why give them info they suppose to have

Yes i recvd calls from them today claiming. I owe money to some cash advance company and that if I dont pay they will serve me. I am contacting my lawyer as we speak.

I gor a call from LCG mediation Frim,Who are these people.They were looking for my son.

I have been recieving calls from this number stating there from a claim firm, no name for firm is given, they have somehow hacked into either my email or my facebook, they where able to get my aunts phone number, which I provide to no one. Please beware if yoy get a call from this number.
