SO ANNOYING, NO MESSAGE LEFT JUST HANGED UP.

Here is a following recored message that I transposed. I am changing my wife's name and last 4 numbers of the claim number for security, Note the last 4 were her last 4 digits of her SSN! My wife Has never owed anyone this amout of money to anyone ever, Even our Auto loan is more than that!

"yes hi good morning Samatha Smith my name is mrs pool i am giving you a courtesy call this morning from the office of the providance group

we are handling a claim number 281125-1234 at this time Samantha we have been advice to submit this clame threw West Morland county to retain a judgement

and a  possible wage garnishment order for $3,500 Now Samantha per state law  party to proccessing


we must notify you of our attent to grant you the oppotinuty to either provide your legal statment or to either obtain a  dismisal by handling  this matter on your own occord

The call at 10:23am was for me on her same cell number. I am not a  JR but was refrenced as such to have my wife call this same lady back with the same claim number

Great idea to forward calls to FCC 1-888-225-5322 complaint line. Let them deal with it......

Received a Couple of calls from this number- DIDN'T RECOGNIZE NAME OR NUMBER ON CALLER- DIDN'T ANSWER AS I KNOW IT'S ANNOYING/HARASSING CALL.

Autism Foundation-They will not get a cent from me or anyone I know. because of their harrassment. They call everyday from various toll-free numbers, and after being blocked in my phone system they now are blocking their number when calling.  Stop harrassing people you f*ing a*holes!

I think that the phone company that issue these numbers. That when you call them back states a message say this number not  activated. The phone company should there number so you can complan. They should not let them use this number.,

call this number back and message says this number is not yet activated.... so why are they calling me?

I have often wondered how they get my unlisted number that I am paying for.  It's the not the phone company.  One place that I know of that they might get it is zabasearch.com.  It not only gives you a person's address, it gives a phone number.  I know because I found my own on there.

This is absolutely rediculous!  There has to be some way to stop these 855 calls, especially 855 735-3532.  Make a land line pretty impractical.

Another annoying Toll Free 855- number.  Being on the Do Not Call list appears to be a sham since the calls have increased annoyingly on a daily basis!  What recourse do we have?

Just received a call from this number but did not answer.   It shows as 800 service.  I called it back on another line and got the intercept message saying "This number is on hold and not yet activated'.

I  called back too-knowing I wouldn't get anyone and it also said not activated.

get caller id  don't ask phone if you don't know how it is. Than if they come to your house to rob it -
have a gun and shoot them. Problem solved  :)

Answered call at 8:55pm. "Matthew FIsher" said he was representing the Autism Fndn., not asking for my donation. Said he just wanted me to mail donation solicitations to neighbors. I refused.
He was polite, I was polite. Don't know if this is a scam to find working numbers or not, as someone posted earlier. Now am wondering if he was actually hired by the Autism Fndn.

We also get a lot of out of state calls, and usually do not answer, if we do not recognize a number.

Like many solutions we use, the Do-Not-Call list reduces but does not eliminate the problem of telemarketers. The same is true of the Direct Marketing Associations Do-Not-Junk-Mail list or whatever they call it.

First of all, "charities" and politicians are exempt. But most importantly, people perpetuating a scam do not are criminals and do not mind breaking the law.

Finally, there is inadequate enforcement. Americans politicians love to pass laws but hate to provide the means to enforce them. The penalty needs to be big enough so that the government can at least break even off of penalties.

855-735-3532 is a call center solicitation number.  They hire the handicapped (you can tell if you ever have answered) and are soliciting money from you.  If you ever see an unrecognized number on your ID,  answer politely by NOT SAYING "HELLO" (that's the trigger) but rather "This is Irene" (or whatever your first name is) and if there's dead-silence for a second or two, hang up as you'll know that it's a solicitor.

BTW:  For all of you who think the "Do Not Call List" does anything in the way of screening all of your junk calls, forget it.  Typical governmental inability to control the private sector.

Received call from this number on OCTOBER 10,2011.

Called on Sunday w/no msg left. (normal)
Bogas area code. Bottomfeeders after my/your/everyones' wallet(s)???

they call all the time and even on sunday 3 times today alone.  I'm sick and tired of it.

This number called at 8:47 AM Sat. morning, no one on other end. When called back, recorded message said that this No. was not valid and had not been initiated and to call back later. This is only one of 7-8 calls from this No.

This number and 855 789 6815 calls often.   When I answer no one is there and if I don't answer they do not leave a message

Shows as a 800 on TV screen ... but actually 855-735-3532.    No message left.   We are on do not call list registry.   Doesn't seem to help.

Who is calling me?  It happens all the time and I'm sick of it.

These people are lucky I can't find them!!!!

Calls all times of the day and early evening for the past 2 weeks.  No one answers, no messages left. Caller ID says "Toll Free Call".
