My friend received the same kind of call a few days ago looking for unknown person.
It came from 716-335-9568 saying to call the 855#
I googled Michael Matthews Assoc. and seems it is situated in Cape Town, South Africa.

They left a message on my # for Lisa Brooks - this is not me, nor do I know anyone by this name. I suspect she used to have my phone # at one time. They said they were Michael Matthews Associates and they wanted to discuss "something that has happened to your bank account". They left a case number too. Okay, thanks but no thanks: DELETE.
