I received a call from this number, from a 'Mr. Spencer' claiming to work for an attorney's office, informing me that they were going to file 2 cases of financial fraud against me. Anyone have anymore information on these guys? I'd love to know who they are.

Just got a call today from this guy....only it wasn't for me, it was for my father, with whom I don't speak. Said something about fraud lawsuit etc. Said they were Sarpy County legal division or some crud. They generally serve papers physically and don't just call and say "you've been served," at least from what I've seen anyway.

Got a call at 6.25 AM local time from a "Renee Adams" claiming to be trying to serve papers on a stepsister I haven't seen or spoken to in more than 10 years. She claimed there was/is a fraud case against my stepsister. The "Plaintiff's number" she gave was (855) 746-0242, case # ZC12257
Coincidentally, my wife got an email yesterday from someone claiming to be with the Fulton County courts saying she (my wife) was a defendant in an illegal software use cae. That email came with an infected .exe attachment named to look like a court filing.
Looks like scaring people with fake "court" filings is the flavor-du-jour for the scammers.
