This same guy has been calling me for days threatens me to come to my work...he never lets me answer the restricted phone number he calls from and only leaves voicemail...my attorney believes it is a scam and the police and the state attorney general have been notified...this is so scary

Gave me a bogus case number for a non-existent lawsuit. For free you can look up if you have any type of lawsuit filed against you in your state's court database. What they are doing is illegal. Report them to the police.

Called and left a VM saying he is Nathan Mitchell and he has court papers he needs to deliver on Friday at my residence, and if not they will be at my work. This is a SCAM. They try to get you to call back with these threats and when you call back they say they won't serve you if you give them your CC number to send a payment. A REAL process server would NEVER do this.
EMAIL YOUR POLICE DEPARTMENT! Tell them this man left a VM saying he will show up at your work or house if you don't give him money! It is harassment and the police will contact them.
This SAME guy tried to pull this over on me last year (and is trying again). Last time he said he was in the Sheriff's office and had to deliver papers but if I called back and sent a payment, they wouldn't be served. I contacted the Sheriff's office and they said it was a scam and they contacted him and he stopped calling for a year.
They somehow hack into old credit debt accounts.

Investigated and this is what I found:

DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FROM THIS AREA CODE!!
