Has these people ever contacted anyone by mail or served anyone?

Have they ever actually sent anything? They're becoming annoying

THEY CALL ME AT LEAST 10 TIMES A MONTH DIFFERENT PEOPLE ALL THE TIME AND SAY THEY HAVE PAPERS TO SERVE ME..

People called again. Now it was a man. Saying verifying employment

Any clue where this is from?

Do not call my place of employment, my cell or home phone with the big fat scam business

These people are almost comical.  This lady also calls under the name of Mrs. Watson and Mrs. Davis.     After she chews you out,  she will hand you off to a Mr. Poole!!   (Ironic coincidence huh?)  It is also a big fat scam!!  This crew has been prominent in complaints up and down this board for months.

I would imagine if they had our personal info, we would just be served. Why would this need to be "verified"? Possible scam?

Ms Pool does not tell you want organization she is with.  Left vm with birth date and personal info saying they are verifying address to serve legal documents.  Last week Ms Davis said same thing.  I called the number they say I could reach the Petitioner at (above).  They claim default on a payday loan with Hydra - not sure who or what this is.  I told them I had never heard of anyone calling before issuing a "summons" - anyway there has been no legal docs deliver at home or work.  The issue now is identity.

Call me too, do you know who this may be?

This lady keeps calling my job and threating me.
