Thanks for the info, same phone number 855-763-0454  exactly what I thought  I received call about my son had a pending case. It's my cell phone bill, I pay it, how dare them use my funds for their  pursuit, my motto use a stamp and mail me a letter.

I took a call from a guy named Brian.  He said he was with ID SOLUTIONS. Also said I had past debt and he was the collector.  I had no idea what he was talking about.  He had the last four of my SS#. Also had info on my divorce............... he was very rude when I told him I didn't have an account with the past due amount.  He then started to interrogate me.  I hung up on him then he called me back several times and right after.  HE THEN left a voice message on my work number thinking it was the HR dept trying to confirm if I worked there and asking what my home address was............ REALLY!!!!!!  

Dang! These douches keep calling; SIX TIMES last Sunday morning alone !! No messages; I believe they're using diff numbers also...from what the talk here is. Plus my phone has a 'call reject' feature & these jerks keep either changing the number, OR changing juuuuust little of the one they're using at the moment. Those 6 calls? In the call detail...1+....or just the area code, or just the 7 dig number, or 1+area+number. Other times, just "unknown" or "private". I know the last 2 were these jerks because of the times...1 right after another, like I'm going to answer!! HA!

And yes, if any court/legal/legit case(s) are against a person, LOTS of U.S. Mail, no phone call(s)!! UGH!!

Now that I know others have gotten calls from this number also I know for a fact that these are "bottom feeder" at home callers who work for companies to contact people.  One time I had a call from this number and the lady's children were in the backgorund making a whole lot of noise.  I told off the other lady and told her NOT to call me ANYMORE send me a letter.  NEVER GOT ONE! Just tell them that the law requires all bill debtors/bill collectors are to contact a person through mail only if the party does NOT wish for them to call them at work or home.  If they can not do so its becasue the company may have bought an old debt and it is expiring in time to collect anything and have these people call.  If you do decide to speak to them ask what the bill is for, when it became bad and the amount to WHO it was owed to.  If they cant tell you all of that and some then there is NO NEED to entertain the caller. Or better yet, YOU CAN JUST HANG UP, IT WON'T HURT EITHER. :)

I CALLLED THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL TO REPORT THIS NUMBER AND IT IS A SCAM.  DONT TALK TO THEM WHAT SO EVER.  IF YOU HAVE A CASE PENDING AGAINST YOU YOU WILL GET SOMETHING IN THE MAIL.....JUST TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO GIVING HARD EARNED MONEY UP.

I got  the same all and they even knew my SS#. They even called my son and told him my SS#. I almost fell for this one! Thanks for your info!

No letter? Probably no debt. You would get a letter - at the top would be the name, address, & phone number of the collection agency. It would show the amount of the debt, who it was with, how much the debt was, and how much it is now. Below that amount is another amount, usually 85%, that if you pay, they will settle. The letter will be signed. Any collection agency that refuses to send you proof of debt is breaking Federal law. NEVER give out your address on a phone call. A real debt collector knows where you live.

And it probably never occurred to you that you were called by scammers, did it?  If legal action is being pursued against an alleged debtor, you don't get a phone call.  You get letters - lots of them - and then, if the letters were ignored, a process server shows up - unannounced - to hand you a court summons.  But you NEVER get a call about an "outstanding court case"!

This call is from a bill collector named Financial Deposit Institute Reform Recovery Institution or Enforcement Action. This is a call notifying you that by not paying your bill there is an outstanding court case being started against you. Then they give you the docket number, however I couldn't get thru to a live person. I just gave them my family members phone number. Which is not at my house (Thank God)!

how do you report this number? We have received this twice in last few days, they left a message each time

Received a call. They spoke with my mother. Gave her a docket number saying there was a pending case against me. Called number back. Went to voicemail and did not say who they were.
