So what I did was continually call them for a voip line.. it was a great time .. I was very pleasant and they got so flustered they were telling me they like to go fishing and camping for fun not send papers to people! VERY cathartic.. good fun for the whole family. They eventually got to the point where the would answer and say STOP CALLING US and hang up on me!!!!! LMAO!!! They are a collection agency for GE Capital.. from what I could get out of them when they weren't freaking that I was calling.  Remember people if they could actually do anything to really hurt you they would just do it not threaten. No need to get all upset! Mess with them back make them hate to talk to you.

See my post above - your caller is a scammer.  Never pay any caller who refuses to MAIL proof that you owe an alleged debt and proof that they have the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this documentation to you means you owe them nothing, per the FDCPA.  Senators are not in the business of debt collection, and they also do not have people call them to discuss "some legal document."  Senators also cannot issue a court summons or warrant.

Don't let the caller upset you - this is an obvious scam.  If you were going to have papers served, you would NOT get a call saying you had to be home or they'd come to your work.  A court process server just shows up and hands you the papers.  Yet another red flag - refusing to give you the company name, physical and mailing addresses.

My friend tried to get info out of him but until she gave my name he wouldnt give her a company name. Acm was what he said, she said what did this refer to he said we have many departments.  She finally jad enough and said she was going to call state attorney general, federal trade commision, and consumor finacial protection. His comment you do what you have to and hung up on her.

I too recieved calls the last two days saying they were going to serve me with legal papers i had to sign for as of tomorrow from 3 to 5 at my home or my place of employment. Man gave the name of michael tiptmon. I have been a emotional and crying the last 24 hours doesnt help im 7 months pregnant. My friend called after seeing all the post on here they wouldnt tell her the name of the company and transfered her to a manager, who happened to be the same male voice who left me the multipal messages. But his name was william daulton. She spoke and played the messages

I just received a call from a Michael Timpton, leave a really fast message saying that legal documents will be submitted to my home or my job.  He also says on the message that if I have any questions to call the senator at 855-768-9858, yet this # is the number that everyone says is a scam.

I received the same call, Justin Adams, funny how it comes up no caller id available as well. why block the number when u r leaving ur number in the message?

Like DD I was never served by 5:pm yesterday as promised by the caller. The company name of the caller is Alliant Capital Management and they just recently filed incorporation papers in a number of states. Their managing member/president is Sandra A. Serio. They are violating many FDCPA rules and should be reported. You can find this information at Bizapedia.com.

I guess Frank Corso got lost on the way to my house because he still hasn't shown up yet and it's almost 5pm. Maybe he was side tracked with an acting audition.

Oh, and I did give my attorney the phone number for Frank & these mystery claimants & played him the messages dear old Frank left for me in threatening to come to my residence today & serve me paperwork for phony pending litigation. There seems to be multiple FDCPA violations associated with what  these folks are doing and they can be fined for it.

FYI-you cannot be served verbally over the phone & certified letters are delivered by the Post-Office-not a courier. You do not have to show 2 forms of ID for a certified letter like Mr. Corso was stating on the phone message that I would have to do today when he got here.

So, Frank Corso called back again early this morning stating that today is my scheduled service date and that i need to be available for the remainder of the day because he is stopping by. He stated he has left several messages (I guess he can't count) and that he will be by as soon as possible (He called 4 hours ago) I've been home all day and so far no vistors??
By the way, I googled this guys name in california & it comes up as an actor...?? Coincidence? I think not. :)

Clever reply.  I don't think these scammers care about the response....they laugh because they got a response...probably compare notes.......They are evil.

I received a message from "Justin Adams".  I was informed me that I would be contacted at home or my place of employment if I did not call before October 31st.  Number 855-765-9658.  He mentioned that "I have been served".  He also gave me a claim number to refer to when I called.  These guys come up with some savy names.   JUSTIN ADAMS ??????? Give me a break.  I have no pending allegations against me and even if I did.....no previous mail threats etc.  How do these guys sleep at night.  They say what goes around comes around.  I would love to be there when it did.  We'll never know.  Scum bags.  

Frank Corso called me too claiming he has legal documents for me to sign. I told him to come on over after I'm done having sex with his mother.

A person claiming to be Michael Lockwood said he would be at out home on Friday, the November 1, 2013 in connection with Lissa Brown who he wants to sign a form.

Frank Corso left a message stating these is pending litigation against me and that he will be at my house to serve me by weds 5pm if I don't contact the claimant at the above number. Checked the local court & there is no lawsuit/legal actions filed against me & the court advised that a REAL process server will not call ahead to warn you/schedule an appointment with you. My local court advised me to beware of scammers & that it is illegal for companies/persons to lie about legal action & threaten to come to your residence. I guess it's time to contact the cops & my attorney..........
