Called 9-21-12 at least 8 times during the evening.  Comes up as "unknown caller" on my caller ID.  I finally answered and told them to quit calling my number, and then it called right back!

I am also getting nonstop calls from 855-785-7384 and I'm getting really aggravated with this.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

this @#% # appeared on our caller ID on Thurs. 9-20-12 @ 8pm-we are older folks & do not answer calls from unknown parties, etc., so just hang up on them. If this # is from Amer.Lung.Assn., they also use 202-356-0488 which is the # they used on Wed.9-19-12 at noon. Years ago we donated to ALA., but due to this harassment, we will no longer donate to them. Their loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another annoying call from this number at dinner time...

We have been annoyed by 3 to 4 calls daily for the last couple of weeks. They hang up before the rings conclude-- knowing full well they don't want to leave a message. Apparently, this is the American Lung Association?? If not, they should be screaming at the top of their lungs--pun intended. We give to charitable causes we choose on our own and automatically exclude any group that asks us to donate--especially by telephone. Legitimate organizations need to realize many of us react that way.

Called days in a row. I asked where were they calling from. Refused to answer and kept on calling. Seems like the same person is in charge of certain area?

These jerks call non stop-----  This BS should not be allowed

When they call say this "Thank you for calling the Jehovah Witnesses hotline. Jesus LOVES you! At this time of year we hope that YOU be generous and donate as much as you can. Please hold for an operator to donate what you can" and than hang up. Hopefully they get the message! I DO NOT GIVE any $$ to anyone calling me over the phone. They are 99.99999% always a scam!

just got a call at 8:26am EST - no one on the line - just clicking sounds.  This comes up on caller id as "unavailable"

I open the line and let them listen to the television. I sit here and listen to them going " hello" "hello" "hello" = I guess they cant take a hint.  They eventually hang-up.  The longer I leave line open the more they pay for the call. I never say a word.

I don't answer unkown calls, but this caller keeps calling, many, many times a week, it's very aggrivating. I wish they would stop calling.

The caller is identified as Anonymous. They just called the home phone and did not leave a message.

It seems like the American Lung Association would not have anything to hide.

Therefore I would treat this caller as a common criminal making a pitiful scam attempt.

It is a white collar crime that requires no time to manage. The machine makes the calls. The sales pro is standing by for the 1 in 500 callers who respond. Autodialers are perfect for the lazy criminal. And almost risk-free.

Our laws protect these crooks. This type of fraud goes on year after year. I would have to conclude that the lobbyists have done their job. The American people keep getting thrown under the bus by greedy immoral animals without a care for anything or anyone else. Let's call it what it is. Legalized crime against humanity, bought and paid for.

This group has been calling from different numbers for the last 4 days

Two calls this week - BOTH at around 8:30aM when I was TRYING to sleep.  Getting VERY aggravated.

Getting tired of receiving automated phone calls day and night from this number.  This phone does not belong to the party that they are trying to contact and we have been unable to get through to them to stop calling.

Called at 8 AM.  I do not answer any of these calls from any number I do not recognize.

Get a call from this number daily. Very annoying.  They do not leave a message.  Is there a way to get them to stop calling without calling back.  I'm concerned that if I do that I will be confirming my number as a "good" number.

this phone number 855-767-9752 is abusive. They call every 3 minutes non-stop. It comes in through my fax line and the paper and ink waste in terrible. When you call to opt out, it immediately continues to bombard you with calls. The message to opt out says that it can take up to 30 days. It interferes with my business. Kindly report this ASAP.
