Got mail today with this number, from Motor Vehicle Services. Had the vin number of a vehicle that's warranty is about to expire. This plus other number have been calling for over a year. Trying to sell a warranty but can never answer question asked, pretty much wanting CC# .there are around 30 of these third party callers out there wanting to sell these warranties. I wouldn't buy anything from a them. And your auto dealership is the public record they use to get the info.

I was called a half dozen times by this number. Finally i answered and it was someone wanting to make offers on my TD Visa card. She had a southern accent so i surmise that it was a telemarketing com in the Us. I asked her to remove my name from the list and all offers in future.
I am disappointed that TD stoops so low with this nonsense. I have been a customer for 25 years so i find it cheesy when they do this now . So much for loyalty.

I did not bother to ask who she works for .

I get a call from them twice a day too, never leave a message. I added that number to my contacts under the name 'annoying' (where i assign all numbers that call all the time) and I make that contact's ringtone "do nothing" so my phone never actually rings when they call and I don't have to be disturbed by them.

Yes, its trgcustomer service and they want you to buy insurance or something with regards to TD Canada Trust.  It is a `pain` but if your lucky enough to have a Samsung Galaxy Android phone you can stop this.  Go into settings then press call and then call rejection.  In this area you will see `black list`... Tap the black list and then.key in this number with the one and you won`t be bothered anymore.   This black list works for all bothersome calls including ùnknown`   Simply type in unknown.   How this works is that TRG can call you all day but your phone will bump the call.  You will simply never know they called you.  If you want proof simply check your LOGS area on your phone and you will see that they actually have called you but your cell never accepted the call only logged it.   This in an ingenious option on the Samsung Galaxy S II GT1900.   I am not sure if its on all Samsung Galaxy models but its on the one I quoted because I have it.   In fact TRG called me today but my cell only logged the call.  It never accepts it.   I hope this helps those out there with a Galaxy.   I do not know if this option is on the Apple cells.

Fraud. Claimed they are "TRG" and that they're calling on behalf of TD Canada Trust, selling Identity Theft Protection called "Credit Alert Plus". Poor quality line; probably VOIP. The guy says his name was "Billy Bradford" and that he was calling from Oregon. He tried to convince me that he was legitimate by telling me to call the number of the back of my TD card. I did indeed call TD Canada Trust, but only to report them. TD confirmed that they are NOT legitimate, and passed my report on to the fraud department. I really hate scum that prey on people like this.

I received a call and didn't pickup.  I then called the number back and the message said that it was TRG customer solutions and gave me this website. http://www.trgcustomersolutions.com/  I then had the option to remove my number from the list which I did.

What are you racist lallala? and ya.leaf is right. this is a legit service. i think lallala should pull their head out of their a**, and realize that they work for the branch. not TD canda trust credit cards. the actual credit card company its self. which is who i work for as well. not the branch. the branch is obviously a joke. you know i used to be a telemarketer and i know how hard their job is. im sure these people dont like calling you 5 to 6 times a day just to be yelled at. they are on an automatic dialer. they cant help but call you that many times a day. these people are just trying to make a living. They have familys that they are trying to provide for. And maybe have family members that are sick and they have to take care of them. We dont know what these people are going thru on a daily bases.Maybe you should all think about how they feel. their just trying to survive like we are. its hard to find jobs these days so take it a little easy on them. if you dont want to take the damn service then dont. say it nicly and go about your day. dont take your problems out on them.

this is not a scam ..I work for TD and it is legit! have the service and know many who do and love it. So many wish they tried it for free because they are now victims of idenity theft and have to spend thousands of dollars in fees to get there credit and idenity back to good , also the thieves here in Canada have improved methods to steal and trade to black market abroad. Just reported crimes here in Canada have been over 250 billion dollars a year in theft!! Take advantage of the free trial!!

This number has been calling me all week. I finally answered today and the guy was calling on behalf of TD offerering a free 30 day trial of a credit report and credit check. After the 30 days was up it would only cost me some 20 odd dollars a month. When I told him I was not interested he would not take no for an answer. He made me aware that this offer is not offered in any TD branch or on "their" website and is the only way I can be sure there has not been any kind of identity theft such as someone else opening up a new account in my name or changing my mailing address. He also explained that if at any time I wanted to cancel I could call back and cancel at no cost. He asked me if I used online banking, and if so he could send me a free anti-virus protection package. I was skeptical from the beginning, but when I told him that I was not interested for the 5th time he got very upset and was not professional at all and he ended our conversation with "Ok. PEACE." This is a scam and I hope nobody falls for it!

Just read all the notes and this one seems  to be TDBank.  They don't have the staff to make the calls, they farm it out to a telemarketing company.  If it continues, call your branch and complain.  Document the numbers of calls and the time of the calls.  You will notice its morning, afternoon, evening.  The law has changed the 11pm cut off to 8pm now.  TD will stop the calls and get you off the list fast.  Every telemarketer HAS to type in the status of the call so its usually recall just to dump the dead line.  Good luck all - the bank will take care of it for you, but if its just a A-Z telemarketer you will have to out wait their computer and block them. They have banks of numbers though so that doesn't always work.   If you make them mad they will put you on automatic recall from now till doomsday with a note to other TSR's to drive you crazy as you were rude.  All you can do is block the number. They have 800 numbers they pay for by territory where they want to do business. In TD's case, they GAVE my unlisted cell number to the telemarketing company to try to drum up more business.  I did complain to my TDBank branch and it worked for me!    You can't win so just try to ignore it.

Typical telemarketing ploy.  The computers dial the numbers and there is an automatic redial if the puter gets an answering machine or no answer.  The delay is the puter transferring a 'live' answer to a telemarketer.  Gone are the days when they dial the numbers - its all electronic.  As for 'no call list' that is a joke!  Most companies, here in BC, just tell the CSR to apologize and will take care of it immediately and then reschedule the call for a month or so later.  The telemarketing company buy those numbers.  They will phone it to death to try and get their money back.  In my day we had a case of beer, a yellow pages phone book and old black dial phones.  Now its so slick its scary. Not much fun either.  Hard way to make a living.  Just hang up in their ear - you can't offend a good TSR, they have already moved on to the next call mentally.
