I received a call from them on today threatening to throw me in jail due to a PAY DAY LOAN that they say I defaulted on. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT LEGAL WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION! They are a scam and unpleasant to speak with.

Rec a message from company.  I have taken out PAY DAY loans and paid them back but DON"T YOU DO IT.  I had to ask the Attorney I work for to help me and I must have been contacted by 100s of emails and phone calls saying I took loans, applied or wanted them.  Report these People to the FTC online and the BBB now that we know a name McCaulley, Davidson and Assoicates.  I have health issues.  The girl that called had some right info and mostly wrong info and when she found out and didn't like it accused me of a bad attitude and told me to, "SUCK DICK AND DIE" and I would attest to this gladly in Court.  Companies are REQUIRED by law to identify themselves and well as REPS.  Don't give out or verify any INFORMATION.  Tell them the LAW requires they send a bill or copy of any debt in the mail  to you and, it does.    MARK

Yes its a scam. Been reading on this and this firm has been calling threatening bringing up charges on Bank Fraud, placing a levy on you, suspending your drivers license. The guy that left me the message used two names that I have went by and a county that I use to live in. His name was Kevin and stated he was the lead Attorney. It freaked me out until I checked online with the courts and nothing was there. I deal with the court system in my work and it just pisses me off that some people will try to scare you like this. I would love to know how an Attorney that has went through school and passed the bar exam would feel just knowing that scum like this claims to be one.
