Last year received call from MVP and I paid them 875.00 since they used scare tactics saying they were going to arrest. Now I am getting calls again saying I took out a payday loan with Epayday 200.00 which I not owe 900.00. I did not take any loans out in 2011... This is fraud all the way around be very careful and do not be taken in..
   

I have received 2 weird voicemessages from them with different numbers listed to call back each time. They asked for someone by a different name so I ignored the first time but finally called them back and asked to remove my information. Place sounds sketchy. The number is now 855-811-5324. I asked for address and owner and this was info I was given: Brett Rogers: PO Box 302 Fontana CA 92366

mvp & associates 855-811-5324 left message for my elderly mother to call them.  I called them to find out what was going on, they left me on hold for quite a while and then asked if I knew a "Terry Linn."  Advised there was no one in our family with that name.  He had me give him the # that was originally called and said he would remove it from their database and she would not be bothered again.  Unknown what it was all ab out.

Left really cryptic message: we were hired by a company to make sure you would be at the address we have on file between the hours of9 am and 5 pm. Call us back if you have questions.

My aunt received a call from these idiots, saying that there was a warrant for my arrest from the city I live. That it was in reference to an auto accident and that they were trying to get a hold of me and to call 855-770-9867. called police/city courts in my area no record. They inform me of warrant scam artist out there and do not return call and that by law they are violating the debt collection law that protect consumers from con artist like them. First never should have left that info with my aunt about an arrest, they can only leave name and number where to call, but no info as to why they need talk to you. I called that number supposably they are in California by the name of MVP & associates. I reporting this to the BBB, attorney general and the FTC. These idiots need to be stopped. Change your name and number any time but you will not scare me to give you any money. Especially scarring elderly people that you leave info to.

Keep getting calls that they are going to serve me with paperwork that day. Nothing ever happens. Cannot get an back. I don't owe them any money.

Making such statements here is of no value at all.  The caller has nothing to do with this website which is site to try and identify unknown callers and report scams so others may be aware of them.  If you can find out the actual name and address of whomever is calling for the former employee you can send a Certified, Return Receipt Cease and Desist letter then sue if they fail to honor the letter.  However, if they were a legitimate company, they should have stopped calling when you informed them she no longer worked there.  This sounds very much like a shady debt collector trying to locate her and you are not likely to get the information needed to send the letter to. If your business phone has automatic call forwarding, forward the number back to themselves.

This is a business and need you to STOP CALLING 281-442-0800, The person you are calling for NO LONGER WORKS HERE SINCE APRIL 2012. So stop calling my business and asking for Veronica Hernandez... You call again I will file a sue on you since you have already been told to stop calling.

They call from a private number always calling my job I don't who they are

people who live in new york these fools dont have a licensr to collect money so that means you dont have to pay them,they would have to hire another collection company to collect for them and then they would have to pay them...one thing i do know low life sleazy collection companies hates to pay out..

This is good ole RS Group at it again. They are using new numbers all the time. Previously it was (888) 600-2465, then it was (888) 772-9524 now its's (855) 770-9867. These idiots must get caught with the previous number, turned in, shutdown then file for a new number and start all over again.
