Who do I report them to?  They are trying to collect for someone that I divorced 22 years old.  Good luck with that! i don't even talk to him.

This RCG litigation company is plain rude and fish for information and want to make a settlement with you "before" they send out the papers!  When told that we were laid off and had no job, they said too bad, still have to pay 7 year old debt.  Told them we would go bankrupt and they told me they would see me in court because I can't go bankrupt on their debt!  They will garnish pay (don't have any!)  Never dealt with such rude, threatening bill collectors ever.  

They're scammers - and no one gets a heads up that they'll be served a court summons or arrested!  Please do report the callers to the FTC, FBI, and your state's Attorney General.  More info and links here:

Got blocked calls, they left a voicemail looking for my dad with his maiden name and looking for both of my sisters and calling me to my cellphone. I think this is a scam they wont even tell me what is going on they just talk about documents some sheriff is going to take to my house and if my dad doesn't appear in court he is going to get arrested.

This is a scam! So rude and so fake! They know I know it's a scam now and they started cursing me out. What a joke!

Just spoke to attorney general's office. This is a scam and they use scare tactics. Do not give them money!!!

Collection service tried to collect on an old collection past collection date. Said sending papers for court appearance and urgent. When I said I was a paralegal the guy hung up on me. Probably get finder's fee in addition to collection fees for old debts. They do a background check and contact everyone you know. Report them.

They're a debt collection company. They called me using giving my maiden name and saying they were a clerks office and papers were going to be sent to me and if I didn't call back they would send them out.  I called they wouldn't tell me anything until I said the name they said was my maiden name, then they said the papers being sent out are for a person who gave permission for me to sign for them.  It was my brother but I'm not gonna tell them that!  A$$holes!!!!

Got a message on my cell about some papers being sent out. Left this as a callback number for the office in charge of the file.
