Been receiving calls from this number, never leave any voicemail. Picked up this one time and i heard nothing so i clicked.

Wanted my number from my son being the good son he is he would not give it out! i called them and said call my son again ill go to your office and beat you to a blood pulp. and i will, I'm a bipolar vet.

Got a call for this number. Collection agency. Sounds like some of the company SCHILLS have been posting on this site. Too Bad... So sad....

They can post where ever they want to, but don't be duped! Still Schills for the company. I see that the DOED is still playing the same game too.

They call my mobile phone, don't speak when I answer and when I don't answer they don't leave a message

It's a collections call but they have a government program for getting student loans out of default.  Payments based on income, as low as $5/mo. You can see what you qualify here on the Department of Education site:

This number keeps calling my mobile phone but won't say anything, and won't leave a message when I let it go to voice mail!!!! have no clue who it is, thought maybe it's a solicitor???

I got a call from this number too. My student loan was paid off in the 1980's so I don't think that's the reason.

I received a call from this number on Monday, March 17th. No message was left.

its a collection agency

they called me its just for defaulted federal student loans.. ie bill collectors but I do owe so......

Got a call and voicemail asking for my husband, left a name but nothing about what they were calling for. Not sure where they got my number from. Anything for my husband has his number not mine.

I just got this call and said they have information "beneficial to me", whatever that means...but he left his name Garrett.

Got a call this am asking for my husband. When I asked if I could take a message, I was told they were actually calling for his brother and our number was left with them as a contact number. Wouldn't identify who they were other than a first name. Just assumed they were scammers or bill collectors. This kind of confirms that for me.

Calls during the day and won't leave a voicemail - I haven't answered yet.  Based on comments above sounds like a scammer.

Called asking for my mom using her maiden name that she hasn't used in amost 50 years, same last name as mine. Said would only talk to her, said it would be beneficial to her. Knew her year of birth. Refused to give me name of company. Wouldn't say how they got my number which is not contracted in my name.
