I got a call from this number asking if I had canceled my cable or downgraded my cable. I called comcast directly and they said this was not normal and that I should not give any information to the caller.

They called again @ 10:04. Complaint has been submitted to the FCC!

Got another call from this number, no msg again!

This number calls my cell phone at least once or twice every day, never leaves a message, They even call on Sundays............Driving me nuts. Attempted to call them back but can never get a real person.

Yeah, got another one this morning. It always comes in pairs. I get a call from the number in question and then I get a call from a number listed as "UNKOWN". It never fails. Get one, then the other a few minutes later.

I started getting these phone calls after I called to Comcast and tried to get services upgraded to watch the olympics. It may also have started from my logging into my comcast account and nearly upgraded my package (but did not complete the process) online.

Has anyone just stayed on the phone, gone through the telemarketing call, denied the product? Maybe that would stop the calls?

I just called "Leslie" who described herself as the ADMIN assistant there at TLK.  I told her to put all of our extensions on their DO NOT CALL listing.  She gave me the same 1-2 week waiting period.  So . . .

. . . In two weeks, they will either stop calling - OR - everyone in my family will start getting bombarded with robo calls.  We'll see . . .

Just found  their company phone number:  (888) 770-7171.  They said they would put me on their do not call list but that it would take TWO WEEKS to take effect! What a bunch of bs! Have already complained to Comcast about this.

This company is driving me nuts. They call 3-4 times a day and never leave messages. Calling the number back gives no opt out option or any option to speak with someone. I have Comcast as my cable and internet provider and am basically happy with them but these calls are really annoying.

Just called it back. It is an organization called 'TLK Group' calling to offer promotions for Comcast.

I have received two calls from this number over the weekend and they never leave a voice mail or anything. Very annoying.
