These guys started bugging me too.  They tried to shove the walmart card on me, i was interested but then they asked for my credit card number (even though they "already had" my card).  I was out so I got them to call me back later, before they called I googled their number and found this stuff.  I he called, I listend to their pitch, then told them off saying I had googled them and know their a scam.

Now their calling with a 000-000-0000 caller id number, pawning off the computer scam.  I told them off for calling again after asking to be moved off the list and just hung up on them.

Just letting you know their new camo phone # (its still them).

How can the guy call from that number and say me that I was an indian! I told him-"Go to hell", he thought i was an indian and sell his marketing stuff. These people call from indian with unknown number and do telemarketing. How can I get rid of it?

a guy called my mom (75)saying that he was from microsoft..I told my mom to let him speak w/me. My mother dont own a computer.. The guy switched the subjuect around and said it was my computer, it was in danger of getting a virus..He wanted me to get on my computer and let him gain access..I asked him what was my IP#, and what year did i buy, and what operating system i'm running..He was unable to answer..He was very conviencing for me to let him fix my computer..IM GLAD I did not..What a scam!..BEWARE

he just called me its a scam

They keep calling asking for a lady name Betty. we have told them we do not know a Betty but they keep calling. Now they are rude and cuss at us.

Go to www.ammyy.com, a legitimate company by the way, and read their cautionary note in the upper right-hand corner.  That's exactly what I found AFTER I let them into my computer.  DUMB! DUMB! DUMB!  I've scrubbed my computer for malware, virus, etc and changed my passwords.  Hope that's sufficient.

They called saying they have a $125 gift card to give me as a reward for using my credit card.

I decided to keep them on the line as long as possible to waste their time as scammers.

I asked if it was for using my credit card at Wal-Mart or somewhere else. They said at Wal-Mart.

I let them talk a while leading to a demand for me to pay a $2.95 'handling fee'.

I told them they'll get no money, and I never shop at Wal-Mart so they lied, and they're thieves and should be ashamed. She said if she was going to steal, she'd just use my card since they have the numbers already. I told her to prove they have it - she refused of course.

This went on a while until she got rude and hung up.

I called the number back, and another scam company answered the phone, one claiming your computer has errors and they can fix it - they've called before, they want to install a program on your computer - very likely a program containing information stealing code.

They called me and said they would charge a 1 time fee of 2.95 for shipping and processing for a $150 gift card I was selected to win. I gave them the info now I have 2 charges for 2.95 and a charge for $50!!!!

Same thing keeps happening to me.They also were foreign and wanted to let me know I had a computer virus.  Called 3 times and the third time asked for my ex-husband who should in no way been associated with my number. I never gave out info but am a little worried. Anyone know how we report this?

Same deal here, he said he's 'from VISA' (he's not) and they want to send me a $25 gift card for being a good customer. They just want my credit card info for a $2.95 handling fee.

I kept him talking about as long as I could, several minutes, to waste their time, and had the fun of saying when he said 'trust him', 'but there are scummy criminals out there, I don't know who I'm talking to'.

keep asking for postage to send out gift cards. They are SO annoying,

Adding on to my previous report. Each time I got the calls the number was different.These are the numbers- 4233183888, 4233178309, 8557911191, 8557911187.

This number and several other numbers called my cell twice in the past three days. The first time they were two women with southern accents. The second time they were a man and a woman with Indian accents.

The same thing happen to me and  cussed me out  so I told I canceled my bank card which I did cause the guy told me he was going to take all my money out of the bank and etc. There suppose to be from new jersey walmart super center!

Got a call from this number asking for my 14-year-old daughter.  Said she had won a $100 gift card from Target and for $2.95 for shipping/handling, they would send it right out.  Told them I wasn't interested.

They keep on calling non stop asking for my credit car information.They sound like a guy from India I can understand a word he is saying.

Got a call from a foreign lady asking for my sister (by name). I figured it was a telemarketer, so I said she had the wrong number and I hung up without waiting for a reply.

I keep getting this number and they keep being rude and they have my credit card info. what should I do?
