Plus he said that my mom is going to be served to appear in court which she had no nothing to do with that loan. And he slso stated I had 24 hours to seek cancel and that hd will be at my house or job in 4 days to pick me up. And that was after he asked and found out I am unemployed. So totally bull crap

The funny thing is people watch movies and assume. If people would just be stand up citizens and not defraud everyone they come into contact with,we would not have these problems but guess what they dont they lie , cheat and steal like most of you liars that like to come on here and voice your opinions if you would have paid back your money you borrowed to begin with you would'nt be having these problems hahaha....

I have received 2 calls today from Mrs Powers saying that if they did not hear back from me they were going to send a server at my home or work. and they was going to file fraud charges against me, I don't even have a clue what this could be regarding.  At first i was scared thinking they was going to have me arrested for something that i had nothing to do with but after reading the posts about this company they kiss my A**.  I hope that i am able to answer the phone next time they call since i would like to inform them that what they are doing is totally illegal and i filed a complaint with the BBB and will call the police to file harassement charges.
Thanks to everyone for letting us niave ones know what this company is all about.

My guess would be that you'll be wasting your time sending them a cease and desist letter as the address appears to be BOGUS but that's the address they gave the BBB

This company (National Credit Enforcement ) gave a bogus address to the BBB (it's a strip mall only four stores and they aren't one of them)
Also they have acheived an F rating from the BBB
And it looks like they're going by a couple of different names (spells scam)
They also have another number 404-474-0399

This company can not issue a warrent nor can they take you to court.  they will not be serving you with any papers.  For the person who said that they guy talked to a process server,yeah that was his buddy in the cube next to him.  The only notices you need to worry about are 1. from the IRS, 2. from a legal court such as a county or a district court. 3. Goverment state or federal.  4. Attorney Generals and any Student Loan's you may have out.  Other than that this has to be filed in one of your local courts either JP court, county or district most of the time you can go online and see if you have any cases filed against you, but I will tell you this 99 % of the time they do not call you and tell you they are going to serve you the courts pay people to hunt you down and serve you without warning.  THIS IS A SCAM NO WORRIES !

First it was Chris Turner then Amy somebody who from the message sounded to be American. Same line I need to hear from you or your attorney or blah, blah, blah.  The money they would need to pay for process servers in all of these states will be enough to put them out of business.

If the callers are in another country like India, we can't do a damn thing BUT we can do something. Send in a bunch of mercenaries to drag them out of their boiler rooms after breaking apart their computers with their own heads.

Mr. Chris Turner called my place of employment and left a message with my co-worker stating I needed to call him regarding a summons. First of all it is against the law to leave this type of information with a third party.  I did a payday loan that I paid off and then got scammed by a company that called and said the loan was not paid, after making paymens I found out it was a scam and was able to get my money back by filing a dispute with my bank.  I would like to know what state this company is in because I will file a complaint with the BBB and that state's Attorney General Office.  If enough people did this these IDIOTS would not be able to harrass people this way. I would not be able to sleep at night knowing I work for this type of company. The number they called from was 855-219-3331.

For the last 3 years someone calls my cell from different numbers (this is the most current). They have tried "sending someone to you work today to serve you papers" they did that one for about 4 months, "fraudulent check attached to your name and ss#", This one was over a year and now "if you have a summons or other legal notification".

This company calls daily and I have NEVER answered. They always intensify their calls and threats around Christmas every year. Definately phoney.

I received a call from Vivian Randolph about fraudulent checks. I returned the call and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Vivian Randolph then got on the line, I gave her my case number and she asked me fir my name. I said you should have my name on file. I proceeded to say I never write checks and she tried to interrupt me I said I am talking right now. She told me to call back with a better attitude and hung up. There is no record of this business in the BBB. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

I got a call from these people too. Can barely understand what she is saying. What I could figure out is that they know my name and street I live on, or used to live on. She said that if I am not available with my ID today at my office, that she will be forced to go to my home with a supervisor. Wow, a supervisor, so scary. Funny thing is that have my home address that is in another state. So go for it losers. Total scam. They call from different numbers too. When I Googled the last one it was listed as a pay phone on Highway 94 in California. Seems legit.... LOL

This number just called my mother about a loan that she paid off years ago. They also called my grandmother, and she's the last person who needs to be worrying. They told her they were going to put out a warrant for her arrest. This is absolute BS! I hope these scammers get caught.
