Thank you to everyone who put up their stories I almost got scammed put of 1760.00 but instead I did some research myself  save yourself the stress it's a SCAM amy,Kathy chow , Andrew Jackson etc.. All fake M&S recovery is fake fake fake do***e bags address goes to a ups p.o box I told them to never contact me again or legal action will be taken and it's in their best interest to leave me alone BBB has an alert in their company they have yet to prove they are legit yet respond to people's complaints on the BBB website  why can't they provide documentation to the BBB ? I hope they all fry when their finally caught preying on my little bit of money I make the nerve

They keep calling looking for a DEAD relative.  The calls just don't stop.  I finally called them back and they said, "Sorry for your loss. We'll let our attorneys know."  What a bunch of CRAP!

Lol I've been harassed and threatened by these idiots for months now. I paid $75 dollars and that's it! I just had a NB and am on disability. Hello, have they seen the economy. I owe a check cashing place and they said that they pressed charges against me for check fraud and two other misdemeanors for a bail bond of $10,000. I said I couldn't pay yet so they extended it and my "court hearing" and they told the people that where out to serve me to hold off lol. So I owe $400 and they only want $250. Suck it going to the place I owe not these guys! The guy "mike" said he worked for legal services in el dorado county but he's so dumb his number is 716 area code. And it wasn't even in ell dorado county it was in sac county.716

They called my work also left a "threatening" message and this phone # 855-793-3214 , caller ID showed a different # 877-762-4559. If it were real the person or company that is trying to "serve" you would have your home address, PO Box Mailing Address and or work address - they are just trying to scare you into making payments that of course will never go to pay off what ever it is you may owe.

Received message that my attorney or this person they are looking for should call them about some documents.  Just received another call earlier different telephone number.  Also received a call last Friday again a different number.

There was a time I would have died. I think eventually it just became about something else and so here we are.

We have gotten numerous calls from this number at my place of business, sometimes asking about a person who is not in our employ, and sometimes just threatening anyone who may have been "lucky" enough to answer the phone.  When I returned the phone call to inquire as to why they had called a business about an obviously personal matter, I was first hung up on and then verbally abused and threatened with reporting my company to the attorney general because our phone conversation (such as it was) was being "federally recorded"!  My supervisor was then insulted and berated and threatened.  We have reported M&S to the BBB.

I am getting threatening calls and they say,they will come to my work and pick up my vehicle and they give the license plate number and the make of my vehicle. I am totally disabled and do not work and they are calling saying they are the texas sate legal services and his name is james caan. he gives a reference number of 204-43. i own my car. this is disturbing who are these people?

If your real company act like one don not use threats to to collect a debt some states it is ellegal to do that but some don"t know that its all about making thenself look good or they would out a job but ony looser take these jobs

I got a call from them yesterday on my cell phone. They said that they tries to serve me at my place of employment however it was list as right POE wrong SSN. I havent work in a year and a half so where di they serve me? lol

I have received several calls from this number and then this morning got a call from an unknown number telling me they had tried to come to my house to have me sign documents and that they would be trying to locate me at my last known job. He had the last four of my social and also told me he would be looking for my car, which he knew the make year and model of. When i called the number he gave me the man just answered hello, and when i told him I had a message to call he started yelling at me and telling me he didn't call me and don't accuse him of things he didn't do. I hung up on him.

I just got the same call said she had a PO Box for me and need my address I haven't had a PO Box in 6 years what a scam then she said she will just serve at my work well that's funny I don't work!!!!

Just got the same call from a blocked # says he's a process server wanting to make sure I'll be home tomorrow when he comes with marshalls to serve me court documents --- When I said I didn't know about it he said to call 855-793-3214 - said the company name is MS4 -- he doesn't know what is in the envelop that he has to serve me and if I call them maybe they can work something out so I don't have to go to court!  Do ppl still fall for this stuff!!

The address on their website and above 3842 Harlem Rd suite 216 I believe is at the UPS store that is located at this site. As typical these scam collection companies set up and the only address they use are the following: PO BOX's or a UPS store or Mailbox Etc location that give you a "suite" # so it looks like you are located at that address. They are not there! It is only a pick up spot or I am sure they end up getting there mail fowarded. Always check a collection agency out before sending them. Just because they have a "physical" address does not mean they are located at that spot! BE CAREFUL

I got several phone calls from 1-855-793-3214, saying they were coming with the Sheriff's Department, and wanted to know if i was going to be home. I said, yes I am home, and will be waiting, they never showed up, and called back again, and again, but never showed up.  This is CYBER STALKING. we can be called and threated but yet nothing can be done about it.

If the Buffalo address provided here recently is accurate, you are far from helpless. You have a right to win back control of your phones per state and federal law .... a right which your phone carrier can't exercise for you. This is your job.

I received a call from Mason Bridgewater,(came through as a "private number) stating that he was looking for me (pronounced my name wrong), to serve papers in my state and to have me or my attorney call back and gave the 855-793-3214 number. If I didn't call before Monday the case would be filed. He ended the message with "good luck to you". LOL. I love that. Motards.

They called me also.  I gathered information on them and then called my attorney.  I couldnt understand why a recovery company would have a processer serve me at work on a state and county issue(is what he said it was first about).  Then they said it was just legal docments I needed to sign.  Then in the next sentance he stated that M&S were the ones to file charges against me.  Bet my attorney has fun with this one.

Scammers everywhere.  I get two to five calls a day.  Various numbers.  I never answer and do not call back.  Telephone company won't help any.  The scammers make up any number they want to use.  A legitimate collection agency cannot just call up a person according to my state's laws--they must first notify a person in writing.  If these scammers call 100 numbers and scare one person in to sending them $300 or $500 dollars, or providing the person's personal and financial information, then it is a good day for them.  Do not be taken in by these callers and never, ever give out your personal information or send any money.  They love preying on older people.  It is a shame that nothing can be done to stop the scamming.

I read where in Tulsa Oklahoma,  an elderly couple lost their entire life savings to one of these low lifes.   They lost almost 500,000.00.  No chance of recovery,  moved in with their children.  Breaks my heart.

This reporting form doesn't offer "Call Type" option "Scammer," so bests I could pick was "Prank Call." Vicious upsetting harmful "prank." Thank you for your website and public for posting since this senior has learned to check unknown numbers on internet before taking or returning calls potentially stealing my phone number to wrack up big bills, my identity, scam/hustle me for money. A senior friend was taken in, lost hundreds. Scammers poor excuse for Americans, hurting ppl instead of making an honest living.  If they'd just put that energy & creativity to some good use. Sad them, sad victims. God help US.

I called these people back and asked for their company address so that I could send them a letter; they would not give me that information.  Next I told them to please serve my summons so that I could go to court and fight this battle legally as what they are doing is breaking the law.  Needless to say they have not shown up nor will they.  They are just trying to scare you because this tactic works with some people so they feel the need to try it on everyone.  Process servers do NOT call you before they come serve you; they get paid once they serve the papers so it wouldn't make sense for them to alert you in advance so that they have to chase you down.  Call their bluff!!!  If there truly is a case then let them serve you and then you can either contact the company and reach an agreement before the court date OR go to court and let the judge make the decision.  Do NOT let yourself be bullied by these people.

I called both numbers and got the same message: ex. number 9527070 cannot receive messages voice is mail full so I went into the BBB and found their address  I hope this helps!
