Report them to your State Attorney General, the fbi, DOJ, FTC..
Make sure you also file a fraud complaint with the local LE and go to your bank in person and have that account filed on for fraud and closed.

well my husband and I were scammed to the tune of 3,700,00. they also made copies of credit card so they can bill 249,00 every year for renewal. We are senior citizens going for the first time on a cruise and recieved the letter from Patricia Smith with a letterhead for Royal Caribbean. Wow thats the cruise line we are going on.  hook line a sinker we fell. This Paticia lady had a little baby bump and asked about granchildren. we have 2 little ones. well that was her in to have us snookered I want this company closed. I want these people in jail for fraud and I do not want to be stuck with this bill.she had us signing papers and telling us not to worry we will get our second card as soon as we call. thats a lie also because after trying three times and getting different answers I finally realized we are scammed. I am a retired nurse and hope this lady never needs help from me.

I received a letter today from Patricia Smith telling me that they had a free Android Tablet Computer for me, no cost, no shipping, no handling, and no obligation. sounds to good to be true, the phone # is 888-986-8170.
There was also a web address www.ccdresearchgroup.com. I checked it out and this is what I found:

I received the same letter for a complimentary 8-day/7night Cruise for 2.  If I call within 72 hours I will also receive 2 round trip Airfares leaving from  or Going to  a Major Airport in the Continental U.S.!  It gives the Toll Free # 1 (855) - 854- 3053, Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9PM Offer Code 5847.  I am leary of a letter like this and believe it is a scam!!!!!!

I just received the same letter and I know it's a scam.  It just kills me how anyone can get info on anyone.

I received the same letter today from a supppose to be name of  "Patricia Smith-1356 Holly Ave. Holly Hill, FL 32117, and it reads as such " Congratulations! In celebration of our Grand Opening in your area, you are going to receive a complimentary 8 day/7 night cruise for 2, leaving from a major port in the U.S. and it goes on & on.. It wants me to phone them at 1-855-802-0609 (NOT) .. Mon-Sun 9AM-9PM.... Offer Code 2343.... This IS A SCAM.. Don't even entertain this trash!..Go and deposit the letter in a shredder or nearest trash can immediately... Ain't no body got time for that!

I suggest everyone who receives this letter should turn it over to the U.S. Postal Service and their State's Attorney General's office. These people are committing mail fraud among other things! If enough reports are generated, maybe they will be put in jail where they belong.

Got the same letter from our pal, Patricia.  The number listed is 1-877-849-9841.  I Googled the address and it's actually a small residential home in a sketchy looking neighborhood. Our letter actually has a Norwegian Cruise Line letterhead on it, but the back says it's not affiliated. Oh, how I wish they would pass a "do not mail" law of some sort.  Stuff like this just makes me mad.

Just got the same letter in the mail a few days ago. No company name, signed by Patricia Smith. The backside of letter says they aren't sponsored or affiliated with any of the cruise lines listed on front of letter. The required 90-minute "Visitation" is supposed to be a fun way that they promote their services. At least that's what it says. Crumple and throw this "Congratulations" crap scam letter right into the trash.

Just like all the rest I received the same exact letter. My advise after hearing horror stories of friends & family members who fell for this is " Throw the letter in the trash ASAP! It is a scam and nothing else but a scam!

i called ,  island something or other, bunch of questions to "qualify)  would not give address of the company---wanted to list it as bwi airport.  that is when i hung up

I haven't received any phone calls yet, but I just received a letter in the mail today from someone by the name of "Patricia Smith" at 1356 Holley Ave., Holy Hill, FL 32117 with that phone number (855)802-0690 in there asking me to call about a "complimentary 8-day/7-night cruise for 2 and as a bonus if I call within 72 hours, I will receive 2 round trip airfares that I do not intend to call.
