I got a call from this number, was not home and no message on answering machine. It does say it is a "toll free call" on the 17th. I got one call yesterday from CBE Group 319-242-7350  and it just played music. I picked it up and it still played music so I hung up. That number called me again today and played music again, I did not pick it up and a message came on that said "this call may be recorded for quality purposes" and then a woman came on and asked to speak to "L****" like she expected someone to have answered. When she found no-one on the line she hung up without any message. I checked that number and the net says it is Collection Company for Verizon. I do have a complaint against them and have communicated that same complaint. Some of their business practices are fraudulent and I plan on filing a federal complaint against them. It will be a class actions suite as I hear from people all the time about the same things they did to me. I also hear they keep calling and calling...Harassment. Oh Well. Just passing the word along. Do not know really who is at the 855  number, just seems like they called just prior to CBE call.
