BS there the a debt collector, it's just a method they are using to get you to pay!!! Some shady a** pay day loan company is saying that I never paid their loan! when I did and have the bank statements to prove it! Supposedly it's a claim against me and it even had a summons number and all that! pretty good method, but not that good.......dorks!

I received a called from am "Unknown Number" saying they were going to serve my with a court summons. It's the same 855 number as in the above post. They gave me a case number as well. Is there any way to stop the calls?

Got a call from a blocked number claiming to be a process server with legal documents. After a few calls to the 855 807 4711 number I realized it was not a process server but a company claiming to be comprehensive mediation service. I think this is just a front for a collection agency because they will not give a fax number or address. First a guy calls claiming to be a process server and leaves a number,the 855 number. Then you are directed to another person claiming to be a account manager. But they are all working for the same company and there caller ID is blocked.

i got a msg telling me to call this number. when i did they explained that i was being sued. they explained the situation and gave me some options of what i could do. they said they are a mediation firm. they settle claims between 2 parties to find the best resolution possible for the situation. i knew what i was being taken to court for and i knew that i was guilty. they let me settle outside of court for 1/3 of what i would of had to pay if i would of actually had to go to court. they where very nice and helpful. they are a real company and they helped me out alot.

A VM left @ my home today, 11/15/11 that this was Lisa Turner calling for Clifford Lumquest regarding case # 104102 and that there were changes being filed against Mr Lumquest and this was his legal notice to contact them.  After I was home for a while, several calls kept coming in as "private caller" in which I did not answer.  Then I realized that the call left on my VM was from that same "private caller".
I then called the number back and told them that there was noone at this number with the name of Clifford Lumquest and that we had no idea who that was.  The person I talked to said that he had the name of the person my home number was registered to as a relative of Clifford Lumqauest on a legal document.  I said, what legal document?  He said that because of privacy issues that he could not reveal information regarding that legal document.  I said again that this Clifford Lumquest was not a relative of anyone in this household and they apparently had the wrong number.  Then I was finally told that they would take my number off of their records for Clifford Lumquest.

I got a call from this number saying there was a claim filed against me. They want me to call back and give them my address and employer!!

I called back and asked for information about their company. They where very rude.

I got a called saying im being served from a loan taken out in 2007. For 315 dollars and the information was crazy they knew past addresses but couldn't give me the number to the company only store number. Then as I desputed it they said the account would b locked for now.. is this a real company Comprehensive
