No one from 800notes is calling you. It is not affiliated with your callers either. I'm flagging your post for number removal as this is dangerous posting your information on a public forum like this. Shills and extortion scammers do come here and read, not to mention the bots that scour the net for such information. Never, ever, post your personal information, phone numbers or anything that can ID you on a public forum. It can't be said enough.
Your callers sound like a extortion scam operation, hence they will be hard to find to even sue... Spoofed numbers and names.
File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010 FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691
The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

This woman calls my phone. She calls asks for the wrong name. I tell her wrong number. She said your grandmother gave me your number, stop lying I know it's you. My grandmother's are both dead so unless she is speaking to someone from the grave, it's fake. Better not call my phone again. Reporting to the police.

I just got a call from her too saying that she's from Northern Resolution Group from an old payday lona i had from like 3 years ago and I owe a final balance of $323.82. Because I had paid back over $1500 of the loan and that's my final payment and she has many collection agencies working for them which called me last week. Their information did NOT match up so I am filing a complaint against both companies. And she said it was on my credit report which I checked all 3 and its not showing so therfore she will not be getting anything from me. If they are real I will see them in court.

Did you receive WRITTEN paperwork on a complaint?? If not you have NOT been notified of anything. You can also give your county government a call. They can verify this as a scam. Do NOT give any money and you can NOT go to jail if that is threatened. My suggestion - ignore her after speaking to your county representative.
