Sprint Tech Support Team, calling if you complaint about issues that is not billing related, such as service or access... Customers don't really need to be reached by this team if, all the time a customer spent talking to accessible Customer Service, 99% unqualified to resolve anything.
Sprint C/S really sucks recently by hiring non-experienced or outsourcing to foreign countries to answer your call. Sprint are shooting themselves in the foot for their lousy support by not handling the support efficiently.

As of 5/26/2011: 855 809 7010 is Sprint Priority Technical support. This group gets involved when all other technical groups fail you.
P.S. The Call Type choices need updating. This call type is not one of the types listed. This is a non-Spam, non-selling call from the technical service group of a valid company.
