They have an affidavit of fraud pending in their HIS office, you can reach the investigative office at 855-811-5322 and speak to an officer.

I got the same call, automated, stating the same thing.

Caller left a message stating S.J. White was hired by the National Crime Information Center regarding an affidavit of warrant for a felony.   Threatened loss of driver's license and stated the felony related to "your social security number".  To avoid being reported to the county sheriff and local authorities call 1-855-313-4518.

My husband keeps receiving calls from this number and they told him today if hr didn't call back in 30 minutes, a warrant would be issued for his arrest in 2 days and hr would lose his drivers license, come on get real. We have called the company they state they are debt collecting for they state the file is closed and paid. These scammers need to move on its getting old

Received this call to the business where I work. It was a recorded message asking to have someone call them back regarding a legal matter. Sounds more like a phishing scam looking for information about the company or person who answers the phone.

After seeing this number reported as Pogo.com and also a debt recovery service, I decided to research further. In searching the number, I came up with a website Premiumtech 24/7 at techhelp247.weebly.com/index.html   - they said that they were a Microsoft Certified Professional tech support company that assures 100% satisfaction. The number stated prominently on their page was 855-811-5322. I was going to copy and paste here, but my computer suddenly locked up.  After restarting my computer, I searched the number, but used "1" first (18558115322). That time I got     ispionage.com   which said they were a company that helps other companies compete more effectively on the web. AdWords.com. was listed as one of their services. Another function that was listed on that page was their tech support   Premiumtech24;7.    I received a robocall with the same recording reported above at 12:32 p.m. today. As previously stated, the recording said that they had tried to reach me several times before, that they required a verbal response, and that if I did not call them back at the given number, they would assume that I was not going to voluntarily resolve this issue.

i kn ow for a fact after three years they have no legal ramifications but to harass you. calling your work is illegal. if they are legit they .wouldnt contact you there or anywhere else. all i can say is block the calls. tried calling them back but no answer, they also called at 9 at night while i was at work. no company can call you that late for that purpose ,

I received a message from this number on my work voice mail - which is definitely NOT cool.

Reading the other posts - I'm assuming this is from a Payday Loan.  I had a Payday Loan in the past, which I have paid 3 times over the original borrowed amount of $300 and it's still not paid off.  I entered into a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and my lawyer explained to me that Payday Loans are illegal in the State of New York and they shouldn't be offered or given in this State.  Having said that, the loan was apart of the Bankruptcy since it was a debt on my part.  I've talked to the company SEVERAL times.  If they continue to call I may contact my attorney as they are violating the automatic stay and they can be brought up on charges.

Nothing in your post explains 3 out of 3 RUDE people that I have talked to with your company.  Even a supposed supervisor with 'corporate' was rude and uncooperative.

I have been ignoring this number for several months now.  Today I listened to the recording and called them back.  They say they are Propel Solutions.  A mediation company for Advance Payday loans among others.  I have never done a payday loan in my life.  When I asked them to take my number off their list, I was told they can't find my number despite having the auto-dialer call me less than 5 minutes before.  The gentleman (and I use the term VERY loosely) said he didn't have time to go searching for my number to take it off the list.  If I am not the one they want then I should just not answer the phone or hang up.  I tried calling the same number again and got a woman who begrudgingly gave me the 'corporate' number.  When I called there and talked to a man who identified himself as a supervisor, he cut me off every chance he could and said that his employees actions were of no concern of his.  This company is worthless and rude.  

Could you please provide more information about this company.  They have been harrassing me for a week, and they are not compliant with FDCPA regulations.  I would like to lodge a complaint with the FTC about this company.  They called third parties (son, brother, boss)...they threatened me, mentioning the word "felony", and they misrepresented themselves as an "investigator".   I would like to know the company name and address so I can lodge a complaint.  I do have a payday loan from 2010 that was not paid in full....but it was a $400 loan and I paid them over $340...now they claim I owe them $1400 (fees and interest).  I have seen nothing from this company in writing, and I will not be paying them anything over the phone.  The harrassment is not ok.

This number called my cell phone (which I had on vibrate so I missed it) and left a voice message, but as I didn't recognize the number, I deleted the message. I noticed that Penny mentioned Pogo -- and I do have an account with them -- but I feel very annoyed having any unknown entity, let alone a legitimate gaming company, bothering me at any point (especially since Pogo can't even get one of my games to work since they did a recent revamp)!

Received the same automated call. I think that in the text above the word "global" was actually "verbal." The message was a little garbled at that point.

The text used "Hello our office has made several attempts to contact you regarding a matter that requires your global statements without your statement. Our office will assume that you're not interested in getting this matter resolved voluntarily. We can be reached at 8558115322 thank you."
