hello, this is Wells Fargo bank (who recently bought Wachovia Bank) marketing a life insurance plan from a life insurance company partner.

Call the number back (the 855 number that called you) and you will get a recording with the option to be removed from the solicitation list.   Press 1 to be removed and follow the prompts.

They should have checked the DO NOT CALL lists before this marketing effort.  Though PERHAPS because there is a customer relationship already in place (people who bank through Wells Fargo) they can get around the DNC list.
