Call my work phone, once a day for a past week. If I answer they hang up, if don't there is never a message.

If you google the area code 855, it states that the caller is NOT charged for the call. Instead it is charged to the person who is called. Used for customer support, charity etc.

They caled twice in one day. My answering machine received the calls, but they don't leave a message or identitfy themselves. Whay a nuisance!

they call, ask for hubby, don't say who they are and when i tell them he isn't home they say they will call back. i press them for a name and they finally say its wells fargo and it was a courtesy call. i told them i don't take calls from banks.

We received the call this morning. I called the number back. It said it was Wells Fargo, and was doing a certain promotion. It said to opt out, dial "1." and then enter the 10 digit area code. It said it would take 30 days to process the request.

Called Friday, Oct. 21 at 2:35 PM. The Caller ID was "TOLL FREE CALL."

The InfoCision people, acting on behalf of the American Heart Association, use this Caller ID for calls from other numbers, so it wouldn't surprise me if this is that same firm (though perhaps for a different charitable organization).

I didn't answer any of their calls or call them back.
