This number is Time Warner Cable's Promotional Department.  I get roto dialed no less than 1x per every 2 days.  When I answer the phone, no one there. I called the number back today and waited to speak to a representative.  Told her why I was calling and asked to be placed on the "do not call" list for promotional items from TWC.  Takes 30 days to activate, but after that will not receive any more promotional calls.  Told her that the internet is buzzing about these calls and they need to stop it.  She said that they use an automatic dialer and they don't always have time to take the call once we answer.

Recommend you reverse call the number and put yourself on the "do not call" list.

everyday we get a call from this telephone number: 855-823-0252. I am on the national do not call list.  This is RELENTLESS and needs to be stopped.

I just got a call from TW......and, after no voice at the other end - I kept saying hello, who's there?.....Finally, someone came on the line, I asked who's this and he said TW............I said please do not call me again, he started to raise his voice saying " I need to verify your phone number to add it to the "don't call list".....I said you called me, you have my number and, he kept on and on ........and then I went off on him, couldn't help myself and I finally hung up on him.......

What a real pain this is...............Isn't there a law against this brow beating approach and please don't tell me 1st amendment...............Time Warner, you are making it worse for yourselves

I get a calls every day at any time of day......they do not leave a message......when you view the caller " no name" is given........I never answer a call from someone I do not know................If this is TW and you are viewing this site, do not call me again...................you are very annoying, if I want more from TW, I will request it.....

Same thing, calls everyday, I HAVE TWC!  They need to stop.

Hangs up after 2-3 rings.  Nobody there if I answer.  Has been doing this every day or two for weeks!

No message just hangup.
