Aaron Matthews from "Legal Carryng Service" states I must make myselft available as a summons will be served to me within the next 24-48 hours.  Threatened to be at my home or place of employment. My supervisor or head of security at my employment must be present to sign. If summomns is not signed it will count as a missed court appearance. ---------- YEA RIGHT!!!!

I keep getting calls from these people. Same routine need manager and security to be with me blah blah. When i called the woman who called was out. I told the guy i talked to that iwantedy name off their list bc uts BS. He started telling me i owe without even asking my name! Idiots. Please dont fall for this. By the way he hung up when i told him i work at a prison and if he can get thru the gates I'd sign his summons. Lmao people are stupid.

Received 2 messages on separate dates from a caller using this number.  They did not identify their company or who they were calling for.  They just said that they were calling to let me know that they were going to be serving a summons at my home or place of employment, and to call them back so we can schedule it.  It sounds and smells like BS!!!  Who calls to tell you they are serving you.  If it is legitimate, which I doubt given my research, it is harrassing, unfair, and illegal scare tactics.

I called the number on the caller ID and got an answering machine saying that it was Franklin Mitchell and Assoc.  The outgoing message was yet another person other the one that called stating that she was a paralegal and to leave a message with phone number.

Basic rule of thumb:  Give no information, EVER.  WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION AND PAPERWORK.  It is a con person's job to use whatever tools necessary to accoplish their goal, including scaring you half to death.  Reputable debt collectors follow the rules.  They identify themselves, and who they are calling for.  They do not discuss particulars of any kind until they have gotten confirmation that they are talking to the person in which the matter is pertaining to.

No one should have to be subjected to this kind of harrassment.  These are usually third party operations that are trying to make money for themselves through buying debt information and using it to prosper.

Although we all need to be responsible citizens, no one deserves the harassment of these charlatans.

Stated they will take me to court for an unpaid debt, not sure who this company is.

Got a call from this. Wanted my credit card number to settle a debt. To them no and to take me to court. I don't give my number to anyone.

Call Level 3 Communications at 720-888-1000 (a Colorado phone company resporg for the 855-826-8569 Scammers). Ask to be transferred to the Fraud Desk, then press 1.  A person will come on, let them know that your are receiving fraudulent threatening calls from a man calling himself Aaron Matthews.  Tell them you are filing charges against them with the National Association of Attorneys General.  Let them know that upon Googling, the toll free number they (Level 3) rents out to the debt collectors (Aaron Matthews) are in severe violation of the FDCPA, and the calls are threatening and harrassing.  They will investigate immediately and contact the Aaron Matthews company with their direct contact number on file and likely shut them down.  Let the scammers get as scared about imminent Federal Probing as you were a few minutes ago when you got their fraudulent call.  If you do NOT act, they will carry on scaring you and others.  Shut them down.  Do your part.

Received call from 855-826-8562; said his name was Aaron Matthews from the Legal Courier Services regarding a summons......same thing; they are coming to my home or place of work-must have 2 forms ID...etc....Since reading others comments I am disregarding the call as I see it is bogus.

I just got the summons/two forms of idea/manager call too. What is there point with these calls? Should I call them back?

Months ago, sent a letter demanding we pay a debt over 10 years old, that I have no idea where it comes from. Replied with a debt validation request. Yesterday, called and tried to trick my family members into refreshing the debt, then threatened with court.

Know your rights! You can always demand proof of the debt, and they must provide it. Never admit to having a debt! That resets the statute of limitations, and can make it your debt, even when it's not yours.

Unless this is a criminal matter, I doubt seriously that ANYONE would come to your place of business to serve you with a summons.  These people are scam artists and ANYONE who falls for this crap should have their head examined.  I get 888/877/855, etc. numbers and usually ignore them.  Don't lose any sleep over this stuff; legitimate companies trying to collect a debt do not threaten, already have all the information they need as to your whereabouts and certainly wouldn't warn you that they are coming!!!!!

They called me saying the same as well I called back and said they didn't have my number in their system, also said the reason I got a call was because I was "red flagged"

Summons will be presented at my home or place of employment, I need two forms of I'd - etc.............This company needs to be investigated! And Fined! - Shut down! What about a little oversight from the Consumer Protection Agency! We (tax payers) pay for this entity within the government. They certainly are not within the laws for debt collection, if in fact that is what they are? THREATING tactics, Harassment! Bring the summons, I liked to see it.

I got the court version with two IDs and manager required. The caller ID showed Private Caller & the voice message stated the caller refused to be identified.

I think I will turn this company into Chanel 3 to check out.  This scared me and I could not sleep. I spent days worrying knowing I had nothing to be summoned about. HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF!!!!

It's funny I called them back and they said I was harassing them and then they hung up on me when I told them every call has been documented along with the voicemail messages and I also have retained an attorney!!  What pieces of sh*t these people are, DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO ANYTHING!!!

I just checked my voicemail and had a message from Arron Mathews illegal carring services stating he had a summons for me and would come to my home or place of employment in 24-48 hours  went through my mail nothing ? So I called and left my name and number to see what it was about after reading the post nervous about getting a call back

I got a call from this number, saying they were from a legal courier service, and that I would be served a summons.  They said I needed to call the filing party, if I wanted to solve the matter. The number for the filing party, was the same number that called (courier service). What a dumbass. This is a SCAM
