Received a letter today with the exact same as above . I called and stated I do not own or never owned a time share so I had no idea what they were talking about. They said some people are just afraid to admit they own a time share because of their bad experience. I repeated and said I never owned or own a timeshare. He asked for my reference number on letter, stated "just a moment" ; got back on the line and stated. You are of the list. Wow.

Is this the right way to report a scam? I am wondering with so many people receiving this attemp of scam, why the police have not catched these scammers yet. I wonder how did they get my information? They seem to be very agreessive and starving for money what a shame!
I received the same letter and I don't own a time share they should try to be less obvious regarding the scam they are tryng to perpetrate and select their victims better.
The phone number on my letter is 800-866-9120
Thanks,

I received same letter but they left out the part about still being able to travel to it. When I called, I spoke to a guy " Jeremy Williams" that suggested I attend a specially reserved meeting session on "Sunday or Monday". Told him I don't own a timeshare & who would hold meeting day on a Sunday if it were a legitimate group, so I shredded the letter. Phone # was 888-739-3992 on it.

This looks like mail fraud. Take a copy of the letter to the post office as ask the postal inspector to look into it.

Yeah, we just got a letter in the mail saying basically the same thing and asking why we had not responded.

I've been getting calls and today I received an "Official" looking letter from:
Property Owner Services at 1050 Connecticut Ave., NW, 10th Floor, Washington D.C.
The letter states that I'm "now quaified to permanently eliminate future timeshare Maintainance fees
while still allowing me (you) to travel to my (your) resort."
I have never owned property in the state of Florida or anywhere else for that matter. SCAM!
