We received calls from this phone number asking for an employee.
I explained he does not have an extension and I would like to take a message.
The person on the other end of the line became increasingly irritated every time he called back. I could hear the other callers in the background. He called back every day for a while . Then he got tired of me not giving him what he wanted. He started calling twice a day, and when I didn't give in - he resorted to calling me over and over in a row, and used a call repeater with some kind of reverb to fill my open lines with calls. He will swear at me, and call me 'stupid lady' (so scared. some one some where thinks i am stupid) and when I still didn't give him what he wanted he backed down to calling just once a day again, and then forgot that we went through all this and threaten to 'jam my lines' to which I just saidy "BRING IT". Two hours long we did this. He flooded my lines, I picked them all up and hung them all up immediately - all the while answering the phone like normal. Guess who won? Yeah, that's right, me. By the time I was done, I had 4 employees standing here, laughing at his ridiculousness. Their method stems from a third grade education and lack of intelligence.

I can relate to this because out of the blue. This guy named Chris White have blowing my cell phone voice mail up with these threatening messages. telling me the same stuff that u guy are posting. Taling about i've comitted some illegal aligations. That a lawsuit has been filed against me. I KNEW THIS WAS SOME BULL=###!

Started getting calls at my job 5 days ago today they told my boss I need to call their lawyer David Jones not sure if they meant the monkeys or the dude with the cursed chest under the sea big time scam I'm just wondering are they really stupid enough we Americans don't know our laws I turned them into the FCC FTC ICC BBB FBI ag and closed my bank account the BBB couldn't help me how annoying but I don't give up

i have been receiving calls from this number for my boyfriend saying they're a legal dept for some payday loan we NEVER took out. they are calling his job, causing him to get into trouble, and i got his bank statement today and there are several deductions for $90 we did not make... WHO DO I CALL??

Yes they actually just called my job. But they called the wrong place I work for a law firm and now the attorney as involve here at my work place hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.  You guys do not owe a pay day loan they are lying. they are going to say you owe, for several different things, they are going to ask for your work fax number to try to fax over some fraud papers.  What happened is maybe you was trying to apply for a payday loan online or a credit card and these people got your information. this is illegal what they are doing but as long as you know that if they have not obtained a judgement they can not garnish your wages. So please Please do not send them any money it's all a rip off they call from different numbers too!

i have been recieving these calls from a mr parker at my job stating i had an impending case against me. i advised him i know of no such case he repeatedly called me harrassing me im not sure what to do.

i've been recieving calls from these foreign people at my job for 4 months, at least 4-5 times a day. My supervisor had to tell them that im busy and to stop calling...they are rude and defiant.. They say i have to pay or im going to court and will pay a certain amount or my fees will go up...they went in my bank acount numerous of times overdrawing my account and i even sent them money through money pak...then I realize this wasnt right so i stopped....last call i receive from them was on 2/14-15/ 2013...

two calls today stating that they needed to verify my name and social security number because i was not here legally

Rec'd a call from "Ben Johnson" by cell and at work with Indian or Pakistan accent with the same threats.  He said I owe $300 and couldn't give any info saying the legal dept has the documents. I basically cursed him out. I take good notes. If he calls back again I will report to BBB and Attorney General.

Just received 5 calls in a row from this number and a man with an  indian accent asked me to verify my social security number. I told him was looking at this number on the PC  and  it is a scam. Ifhe called again i would report them to  the AG and to get lost!!!!! Haven't heard anymore

I received the same message stating they were going to garnish my wages and send the authorities here to my employer I told them go ahead and i will sue their a** for harrasment and they kept asking why am I afraid I told they to go to hell

Now they have called me 5 times in 3 hours today.  Saying the same thing.  That I owe them money and will file a suit.  I tell them not to call, I dont owe them anything.

This lady called me saying her name is chris taylor and she was calling from the district attorneys office. She said I owe a payday that I took out via the internet. I told them I have never taken a pay day loan. She said that I was going to be arrested and reported to the CIA. I told her I didn't care if she reported me to the President. She could not speak good english, sounds like she is calling from pakistan. She asked me to settle my account over the phone. I told that heifer I don't fund terrorist snd if she want to come to my door to come on cause I git something waiting  for that a**. She hung up on me...These fools picked the wrong person to mess with and she hasn't called back. If she does I got some more for her Indian, Pakistan a**. I'm a American true and true...No money from this American citizen. I'm going to file a police report on that number. She kniws goid and well her name is not chris taylor, lmbo,maybe she needs to be introduced to the real Chris Hansen...lol

Yep, same thing. I made the mistake of saying f*ck you. They called back asking me how and where we should do it. They asked if I liked doggy, if it would be my first time... disgusting!! I am not really sure what to do about this. Will start by calling police.

I have been getting a call from that number well over 500 times within the past 6 months. They have had information on me about this so called loan and so on. I have also changed numbers 3 times since all this has started an somehow they got my number all three times so i have been on me for months this situation has to stop somewhere. Like everybody says some idian poeple this particular lady called saying he name was cynthia and that she was with the US Payday loans and that her surpervior Stan needed to speak to me and they called on my jobs phone and me and this guy went back and forth for about 30 mins. I'm really getting tired to the point where I dont want to have a phone anymore this is terrible.

For the past two years, I have been receiving phone calls on my cell phone from someone with an Indian accent (yet strangely named "Eric Johnson" or, more recently, ?John Bader?) who claims to be searching for "Douglas Poole."  I have had my phone number since 2006, so I was quite suspicious, although I suspected that some con man just wrote down my number on a loan application.  Now I see that it's a scam.

At first I would call back and clarify that I do not know any Douglas Poole and would appreciate having my phone number deleted from their records.  Every month or so, however, I would receive a new battery of phone calls.  I have gotten increasingly blunt about asking for confirmation that they have deleted my phone number, and let them know that I have reported them online and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, too.  I almost got by for a year without these phone calls

The same number keeps calling!! The guy said he was "Barry Cooper", with a Pakistani accent....
Said it was "US Cash Advance, Investigations Dept" asking for one of the employees. They refuse to stop calling. Will be filing a complaint with the attorney general.

This same number is calling me saying the same exact thing.

recieved a call stating i owe for some pay day loan and if i didnt settle with them they were going to file a complaint and report me to my employer.  so i told them i dont know what they are talking about.  i told them to file the complaint and call my employer....i really dont care.  he called me 4 times tonite with empty threats and ..they sound like indians from pakistan.  he calls himself an officer and calls himself james parker.

the fact of the matter is they wont file a complaint.  they want to scare u into paying something you dont owe.  they got my information from an internet website that was compromised.  

the other number they called me from is 347-347-1122.  that guys name is stan
