I just got a voice mail message from this number 855-830-8104 claiming that I have a court case file against me and even left me case number. So I called and they claim I took out a loan that I failed to pay and now I owe 3000 + for Attorney fees and more. I told him I didn't owe any money wanted to know exactly how much the loan was for..He didn't know. And I asked for the Web site to look up more in detail the case info, the name of the company his with is ICS. Asked for his company address is said couldn't provide...keep in mind they said they are with the county of Merced when they left the message. FRAUD FRAUD..If they can't provide you with the company info and you didn't get any letter from them it's because they are criminals. Do not give out your credit card number.

We get calls from this number all the time, but we do not answer.  They don't leave a message.

This number calls me several times a week/day and I never answer.  They never leave a message and it is so annoying.  I have to get up to answer the phone and never answer toll or unknown numbers.  I recently reupped my DO NOT CALL and they tell me that after 31 days and I still get these calls, I can go online to "donotcall.gov" and complain.  I am in that waiting period and cannot wait to see what happens when I complain.  Probably nothing.

Are some of the people here actually thinking that if you call this number back that they would be charged for it??  How strange!!  And to Bette - 29 Sep 2011.?  this is not a number for those ?scary Democrats!?   If you call 855 830-1179 (number for political calls I imagine) you will indeed see it is the CRNC!!!  They will even give you a little history of the Committee ~~ 600 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, Suite 215, Washington DC 20003.

Some obnoxious political group. I don't care which party they claim to represent; their calls are unwanted and unappreciated.  If I answer, I only get one call a day.  If I do NOT answer, I average four hang up calls a day. The recorded message is so fast that I cannot understand it but finally was able to write down the number they rattle off to call to be removed from their calling list. 800-618-5142.  LONG fast speech about who they are, what they do, yada yada yada. Prompted to "Press 3 to be added to our Do Not Call List". Then a prompt to "enter your ten digit telephone number".  We'll see if this works.

I also received a call today 10/4/11 from 855-830-1179. I need to get off this list. They said to call 8006185142. I don't need another pitch from these menaces.

We just received a call from this number and they left a long, long conversation on our answering machine.  Couldn't make out most of it but something about a 7 month part-time job, somebody in the hospital, etc.  It was most certainly a conversation; not a message. Hope I'm not paying for it.

Caller ID identifies as "800 Service{" and I get SEVERAL calls a day, sometimes with the number
calling me varying.  I have reported them before, am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, and do not understand why they cannot be blocked.

Their message give the number 1-800-618-5142 to call to be placed on the Do Not Call List.  This number explains who they are and at the end of their recorded message they give options.  Option #3 is to be removed from their calling list.

I jsut press the fax button on my multifunction. Maybe they'll give up.
