I was trying to fix my credit and started with my Wamu chase card long story short they sold my acct to several collection agencies ended up in Phillip and Burns spoke with a pleasant man named John told me to call 855-835-4532 no other information called and spoke to a horrible little man named Marc ; they tried to scare , belittle , degrade and intimidate me to the point of tears ... Now Brian from this same unprofessional company will not stop calling my phone from a BLOCKED number ... This is what's wrong in this country I was 18 when I was stupid with my credit now I am 25 trying to do the right thing and people like Marc and Brian from 855-835-4532 think they can speak to people how ever they feel and not be reprimanded and or have no consequences ... It's sad

Had a phone call from another number that has a 716 area code (Buffalo) and a person claiming to be James Anderson is telling me that he is going to go through wage garnishment proceedings if I do not pay a debt. Well, I fell for it the first time and used a prepaid debit card and paid $65, but today when he called I asked him for verification of who he was and who he worked for, and he was very evasive about it, and kept telling me that he emailed me this information (he never did). I told him I would need a fax for verification, and he tried to play it off that he would send me another email, but we needed to talk about making another payment. I told him that before we got into that, that I had spoken with my attorney. Once I mentioned that he abruptly said that the conversation was over and that my attorney needed to call him. TOTAL SCAM!!! And Mr. Anderson or whoever you are if you read this you are a joke.

called 2 or 3x daily. saying person is being sued and they need to set up an arbitration hearing. crooks and schemers. said they were from platinum capital management company

Received call on my cellphone number which is NEVER given out to anyone other than immediate family/friends!!  Funny thing is the call went DIRECTLY into my voicemail box (which can be done if you know how) and left a message for someone I don't know!  I have had this number for 15+years!! Said they needed "BOB or LEGAL COUNSEL to call back within 24 hours".  I called their number and talked to a woman who declined to check their files or remove my phone number.  She said it must be me even though I am a FEMALE...not a MALE...I hung up!

I Googled the phone number they left and determined it to be a debit collection agency, here is their website...http://www.precisioncm.com/about.html   Good luck to anyone that has to deal with these people!

they left a message on my father's cell phone. trying to scare me into calling them back by saying they need me or my LEGAL COUNSEL to call them back within 24 hours. these are lowlife debt collectors that make an inquiry on your credit report and try to collect on debt that they have no business collecting. i called them back. i had to ask who i was speaking to (he mumbled something) and i ask what line of business are they (once again got something mumbled to me) than i asked the company name (he rattled off three letter so fast and mumbled)...than he asked "did someone call you" i stated "no, someone i know" i hung up...with even dialing *67 (which blocks your number) before their number, they got my number and called back 3 back to back times from a private number...

I received 3 phone calls from them at work after I had left yesterday. I tried calling back, but the answering machine says "thank you for calling, blah blah blah." It doesnt give any information as to who the company is. I just started this job, the last thing I need is a company calling and harrassing me at work. I don't think its for me, because I havent given out this number, but who knows!

Received a number of calls from this number but didn't answer and they didn't leave message.  Called the number from another phone and the guy was rude and insulting and said he would call the number I called from every 15 seconds.  I told him it was illegal and harassment but he insisted he could do it.  He called three times in a row and then gave up - for now.

Probably a debt collector

This number has called me every day this week and does not leave a message.  I wish they'd just leave me alone!

Calling trying to get info on someone I know. Acted like he knew this person personally and was trying to get legal info to her.  I think he got the info off FaceBook.  Did not give any info.
