Keep calling me and say they are looking for my daughter in law to deliver some papers.  This happened a few years back and I filed a report and blocked the number.  Now it has started again.

i just received a phone call today July 5 2012  from this tel no. 855-836-4712, and left me a message that they had documents for fme that ishould pay attention with. they were giving 24 hours to response  or else...... this is a PURE SCAM ..... how to stop this low life crimininals?

I have since filed a report with the California Attorney General @ 1800 952-5225. and filed a report with a live person and got a report number too.
I don't know how this jerk, "Mr Kazinski" can sleep at night.

This is a SCAM.  DO NOT give them any info.  
A legitimate collection company MUST supply written notice.

Dishonest companies sell your info, so having your SSN is not so hard to come by.  
They will threaten to sue you.....tell them to go ahead.
They will tell you they'll come to your house or work to scare you.  Dont let them.  Just tell them you'll see them in court and give them NO info.  If you give them a penny they will not stop hounding you.

Let your friends and family help you.

Some shady guy, who called himself Mr. Kazinsky, said he wanted $1,006 to pay off a loan but would not give me any written info, said he mailed the info to an old address of mine under my divorced name...he was a jerk and said he couldn't be bothered to send me another letter now, to my new address...he just wanted the money now and hung up on me...he called back next day wanted the money now.  I said I want written info. he said "we will take you to court" I don't know what this is about, he ran some credit card name by me but I don't think he is for real, or else he would have explained and given me at least an e-mail with the infor?  Both times he left a message w/me, he said we need the money by that day. I am bothered because he had my social security number and I am on social security disability.

This must be a scam. When you google a number and only 5 results come up and they are all about scams...the number is connected to a scam. Sorry jerks! They said they had court information...something about ?plaintiff?.

I got the same call for my spouse, I refused to give them any information- what ever came of your phone call?

They said they had documents for him but I'm unware of anything he's being "sued" for or in trouble for..

This number just called and left a voice message saying they had to documents to deliver and gave an address where i grew up at 20 years ago.  And said that if I did not return their call within 24 hours that it would confirm my address & phone number.  

It came up blocked, which means it is someone that had tried calling me in the past and I blocked them.  I haven't had to block any numbers in over a year.

Is this a scam?
