They also called leaving a message for me with my son on his cell stating something about some court papers, and trying to serve me. I called the number and they said Corporate Office. I gave them the reference number and they were transferring me, but it was just music for a long time and then I hung up. I do not have any outstanding debts, so I have no clue what this is other than a total scam.

They called my sister and asked for me. They claimed there was a civil case against me and that they were a law firm.

Received call from BLOCKED NUMBER on my cell phone. The caller left a rambling voicemail message that contained a mix of troubling official/business/government-sounding buzz words and references to geographic areas unique to my area code. But the message actually made no sense a all. At the end, the caller left a phone number: 855-837-9401. I disabled my caller ID and called the number. An abrupt male voice answered, "Corporate office. How may I direct your call?" I did not respond and a few seconds of silence, the call just hung up at the far end. I called again, the male answered again, and again I did not respond. The call went to hold music. I hung up shortly after that. This must be a new fangled phishing scheme in which the intended victim calls the phisher hoping to resolve some important but could soon be dire, financial problem. Don't fall for it.
